What a lovely spot!My family of 3 (& puppy) really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The pet friendly marina view, loft room was perfect. It was very clean, and had lots of space to spread out. My daughter loved that she had the loft to her herself, and my husband and I were stoked to sprawl out on our own beds!Watching the sunrise over the marina on the balcony with my morning coffee was definitely a highlight of the stay.Being right in the middle of Ucluelet was very convenient when it came to eating out & touring the town, and it was not too far of a drive to theamazing trails & beaches. The staff were very pleasant and helpful; I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

Don't stay here if you are disabled, they have no accommodations for those of us with bad knees. Dont come unless you are prepared to haul all of your luggage down all the stairs to the lower levels that the regular rooms are on. Since we had food to bring for lunch trips and day trips this took us 3 trips for 2 people. The front desk staff are only there for a little while and are no where to be seen if you need anything. The office is separate than the hotel so it's kept locked up tight. The communal kitchen" was also unavailable for our use. Locked up. And must be a sketchy area cause they have an electrified fence around their maintenance building.Although they did give us an "upgrade" to the room with a fireplace.... there was no wood supplied to enjoy it.The entire room reeked of rotten fish... it took us a while to figure out where that was.coming from. It was the bathroom... so we had to keep the door closed with the fan running the whole time or risk losing your lunch from gagging.Remote power button didn't function and the tv's are tiny. Like 20 inch. There were no instructions in the hotel rooms where to access services in the hotel to how to find things locally.... it just seems generally disorganised and unprofessional. This hotel seemed to be well rated... but maybe those were paid reviews...cause this was terrible. For 170$ I'd rather have slept in my car. Just sayin"

Wonderful little place to stay with lovely rooms and a nice view from the waterfront rooms. The location is away from anywhere like a coffee shop or other conveniences but if you have a car it's only a two minute drive into Uclulet. There is one family restaurant across the road from the hotel, but we didn't go there. The office hours are a bit restrictive and there are extra charges for dogs (not just a deposit), but overall still a nice place to stay. I just wish they offered more services in the hotel or nearby.

The staff at this hotel are beyond wonderful. I stayed here for one night when I was stuck in Ucluelet in a bad snowstorm, and the staff made me feel safe and comfortable when I was really stressed out after some scary driving conditions. They even got me a toothbrush and helped me with my car in the morning. Their customer service went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their help! The room was also clean, comfortable and warm, with a nice view of the harbour.

Great location with very friendly staff and easy check out processes with a drop-off box. The room was spacious and clean with a lakeside view, but it's such a shame that the windows and patios are not being maintained. Paint is chipped, wooden staircases are broken, weeds and grass grew everywhere in the courtyard, patio chairs were dusty, and my windows and window screen were super dusty with stains. Unfortunately, this took a huge enjoyment off from having a lakeside view room.

I did not stay at the hotel, but I was very pleased with my interaction. I had to cancel my booking due to emergency and they were very helpful. When hotel helps you resolving an issue with positivity and understanding, they must be great!

Super kind and helpful staff stayed there late to work around my late arrival. When I got there the rooms were impeccably clean and I loved the layout (we were on the bottom floor near the marina). The shower had great water pressure and there was lots of hot water! All new amenities in the bathroom too. Also a great location for walking anywhere in Ukee, would definitely recommend!

Helpful and friendly staff. Shan was exceptionally kind! She made sure to amend and meet our comfort of stay. Has beautiful marina view. Shower has a good water pressure and we love it! Beds are comfortable. Lots of good restaurant but our favourite was Cedar Grill. Easy check in and check out. Ample space for free parking. For coffee lovers like us… the coffee machine could be upgraded to a better one. Overall we had a good stay.

We arrived a bit late, but Katalino was very responsive and extremely considerate. He helped us with our bags, gave us an umbrella to use while we stayed at the hotel. He also gave us good advice of where to eat in the area. The room was very nice with comfy beds. The showers had great pressure and felt good after a long day of travelling. I will come back here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone who is looking for a room.
