TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I currently deals with multiple different banks for all types of service.. This TD bank location is the worst! They hire unprofessional, unauthentic and unorganized group of individuals.1-who shows up late for a meeting late?2- who shows up to work late and than try to take on a meeting?3- they did not have anyone who could open a business account for me.4- Waste of time.I Pre-book a appointment prior to showing up!please, avoid this location at all cost.

10+ people in line and only 1 teller working. All I want are some coins for laundry and can't even get that without waiting 30+ min.

Awful Experience. I ordered USD ahead of time and arrived to pick them up on scheduled day. I waited 35 minutes while they tried to 'locate' my order. In the mean time they ask you to wait aside so they can serve other customers while they are not looking into your order. Meanwhile, if they had not pushed me aside they could have just pulled the USD from the back where they have a bunch of USD.I have been a TD customer for 14 years and am really considering switching to a no fee bank account. Why am I paying expensive monthly fees only to receive awful customer experience.

(2020) Open" means no teller or basically any services(2023) years later

I echo the abundance of 1 star reviews.I came in feb 2022 to cash a cheque into my RRSP. They told me it can’t be done due to an internal error on their end. Something had happened with a previous customer earlier that day. So, after 35 minutes between waiting in line, giving them time to follow up on the issue, there was no resolution — they didn’t even update me while I stood there until the end — I had to go to a different location, which made me late for work.For a bank that makes billions, controls every dollar I’ve had to slave to make (I have to work two full time jobs since the middle of the pandemic to make ends meet for my family) , and they still can’t offer me a proper no fees chequing account, I’d at least hope they can learn how to deposit a cheque soon… terrible and shameful. Bad company, bad bank, bad location, bad hours, bad managers, bad service. Every time.

I was received in a very professional manner. The staff were friendly and answered my questions with no hesitation. But we have to contend with people, computers and soon. If something goes wrong one day, does not efface the good will of the group

Let me start off that I’ve been with this establishment since I was 14 years old with anything financial without a hiccup. I had come in to expand my financial needs and was greeted with horrible customer service from my representative. Never smiled, clearly never cared about what I was looking for and never pointed me in the right direction. TD in itself never notified me that I needed extra information to update my profile with them which ended up me needing to book another appointment. Lauren had no problem in telling me that she couldn’t do anything about it and showed me the door. Out of respect to your loyal customers I would’ve loved a nice greeting, an explanation as to why this extra information is needed and a solution to what I should be doing next instead of showing me the door.I am never going back to this location and will be going to another branch in the future. From someone who works in retail management and has dedicated her life to giving A+ customer service you people should be ashamed for letting me walk out of your branch today feeling this way.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I went to sign up for a TFSA trading account, not only was the girl 25 mins late for the appointment but she was so unprofessional. Had little to no knowledge of what she was offering me. There was no discussion on what it will cost me or what benefits it has to offer, just rush rush and there were so many errors on my application. She told me 5 days until I can start trading, its been 9 and still not active. I'm so furious! I would NEVER in a million years go back! If I could give it a minus 5, I would!

The customer service,at this branch is very poor.Example twelve people,in line and only one teller.I had an appointment,with the manager of the branch.So I showed up early,I saw him and he saw me.He went to his, office about ten to three.oclock came still in his office.Three ten I left,the only reason I wanted.To reopen my account,is td has a visa debit.That's bad customer service period.

Book an appointment with Terry - the bigoted aggressive bank teller at TD Canada Trust branch at 1200 St. Laurent Blvd, Ottawa and you can see it all.On Thursday August 19, 2021 at 3PM I had an appointment to open new chequing account at this branch. The first teller was Hamzahali and he seemed like a great guy but asked me to work with this Terry person due to more technical experience or something like that. Then the entire session went downhill real quick. This middle-aged Terry guy was rude from beginning and acted as if he was doing me a favor (guy literally said I'm very busy so let's make this quick"). Excuse me
