Ursula was very precise and caring with the procedure. She checked in frequently to make sure I was tolerating everything and made pleasant conversation which was a welcoming distraction! I highly recommend her services and will be returning for other areas.

Kendra was absolutely great! Lively, happy, knowledgeable, and amazing overall. Very welcoming and warm, super clear with everything when explaining a package! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed on my first ever visit to symphony. Great work overall, I’m very happy to have had her for today’s appointment. The entire staff is just so great!! And I also got my hair done thank you Cody and Emily!! You are magicians!!!

Amazing experience with my Brazilian! Melanie was so kind and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She did just the right amount of talking. I had a positive experience from start to finish. Will definitely be going back!

I brought my infant daughters to get their ears pierced yesterday. We had an absolutely wonderful experience, every staff member was kind, warm and welcoming, it was like chatting to people we knew for years, they were ALL that sweet! Everything was also exceptionally clean and sterilized, as well as they had such a cute variety of earrings to choose from! I will definitely be back for more services!

Cody is one of a kind. One of those hairdressers that stands out from the rest. He is amazing at his job. He understands exactly what you want and gives you great tips for your hair. I arrived with my long dirty, sad and tired hair and I left with an amazing fresh haircut with healthy and shiny long hair. He's definitely my new hairdresser and I strongly recommend him! Almost forgot to mention the great relaxing scalp massage while washing hair, just amazing.Geneviève

I entered Symphony Spa with the worst back and neck pain I had ever felt. Antonio was compassionate and very invested in knowing anything that could have contributed to it, and provided me relief throughout the session and tips and tricks for future to live pain-free. I will absolutely be back to visit Antonio, should the need arise.

The place is nice & clean. Front staff is very welcoming. The girl that did my hair/up do for a party was super nice and I loved the end result (waterfall braid). However, the girl that did my make up was super friendly but I did not like the end result. I have blonde hair and she colored in my eyebrows with black color(!) and made them super thick, although my eyebrows are brown. I had to call her back to take some of it off. Even the hairdresser agreed with me! One of my fake eyelashes was not even glued onto my eyelash, but onto my lid. Making my one eye look massive compared to the other and leaving a gap between eyelashes. My bad for not looking up SO close before I left. The make up mirror is SO far away I could not see myself unless I stood up and went close to a mirror. Not convenient at all nor did I get a mirror to hold. I mean maybe this is on me for not asking but with 10 years experience in make up I'd assume she would know how to put an eyelash on. I do not have much experience with professional make up but still not happy with the end result. I still would come back again but I would have to request someone else.

Such a great experience. Maureen talked me through every step along the way so I knew exactly what was happening and didn't need to ask why questions. Made it that much more relaxing. Such a considerate and kind person, looking forward to coming back to see her again soon!
