Busker's Submarine

Very disappointed by the milkshake (peanut chocolate flavor). There was way too much milk in the shake, and it simply tasted like milk with peanut butter and sugar. It did not had any shake texture at all. The chocolate pieces of the ice cream were not properly crushed or mixed in. They were too large for the straw and simply accumulated at the bottom of the cup, leading to no chocolate flavor or pieces at all. The pricing of the XL shake is, let's call it, confusing. The website says $8.99, and so does the name on the printed receipt. The board in the store shows $10.49, and the receipt (despite the product name saying $8.99), shows $10.99 (plus tax).

YES I ATE IT ALL... Judge not less he be judged himself, I'm sure that's in some book somewhere...lol it was a bit much, my sis warned me that the large is really LARGE....as you see by the pics I rarely listen to anyone. Was it too much for me, Yeh, was I as a Scorpio male going to let this bowl of food beat me, nope, GAME ON! The fries were drenched in a familiar brown gravy and where there was a glimmer of hope as a lone fry reached up through this gravy blanket to the sky it was smothered with mozzarella cheese...all hope was lost. From my first spoonful as I fought against the strings, nay ropes of mozzarella cheese I feared for my life because it was a struggle of wills and the mere sight of this gargantuan dish had already taken pieces of my soul but I decided to press on. I decided that it was either going to be me or it and I don't like losing. It was a delicious war. But as I shoveled corpius amounts of fries, gravy and cheese into my face hole, I soon realized my last will and testament were not yet signed. I recalled the staff giving a thumbs up as she made....no....engineered my dish, was it a symbol of the goodness of this dish yes but could it have also be a sign of....nice knowing you...this will end you". Jokes aside enjoyed it and that staff were nice. I probably won't order this again and definitely wouldn't call it poutine

My go too for subs and poutine. Will drive all the way to the west end just for the food. Been going here since I was a kid. The new owners took over but they are great.Updated: the price increases have just got out of hand here. 15.24 for a 12 inch assorted sub. That's just insane I'm sorry. I have been going here since I was a kid but I just can't pay 15 plus for a sub. Little mom and pop places should never be more than franchises.

For all the times I have come here and all the years it has been here. I have never had a bad submarine. Fresh bread, lots of variety, juicy toppings, what's not to like. Try it for yourself. Take out only but outdoor seating.

I’ve been coming to buskers for so long and I just wanted to say that the service has always been incredible and still is. The workers seem very happy and welcoming and the new owners are just as amazing as the last owners - so generous and kind. You can tell they all enjoy being there and making food for the community. Buskers has and always will be a welcoming family restaurant. The ice cream has a great selection and they’re always willing to accommodate different cravings I have! The subs have always been my go-to and you cant go wrong with the classic assorted sub! The memories I made at buskers are everlasting and I’ll always come back with my family

One of the best ice cream parlors in Windsor. Portion size was good and lots of flavors to choose from.Total value for money

My family enjoyed our ice cream and fries. The servers were very nice and patient. We liked the covered patio.

The roast beef Philly sandwich was fantastic!!!! Loved the chocolate ice cream sample and thank you card. Felt appreciated as a customer.

Pretty impressed with the service, quality food and price for what we got. I had the brownie extreme Sundae and it was quite large. The nice thing about here is everything can be customized, even down to what ice cream flavour you want in your sundae. My friend got the onion rings and she and they were amazing
