Sid was the representative that helped me out. I purchased an iphone last year and this year as purchased a new device from the same person. Reliable and exceptional service given by sid .Seems like i finally got a guy who i can trust for my phone services ...If anyone looking to purchase anything new, as far as i can tell u ll get it cheapest in the market for wow mobile...

Fantastic experience! I switched plans and had the pleasure of having Noor and Zach help me through the process. My phone still was locked to the old carrier and they were able to work me through the entire process and I left with a new plan and a working phone.The following day, my mother went directly to the carrier to get the new plan (instead of through a Wow boutique) and she left with a non working phone, being told that she had to unlock it herself, but she had no phone to call with. I called Noor and Zach and they helped find and contact a local Wow boutique that my mom could go to. (and again Wow delivered awesome service!).Excellent service from Noor and Zach. They know their phones and will do everything in their power to make the transition as smooth as possible. Great Job! Highly recommended. If I need a new plan, I'll definitely go there again! :)

Sid gave me the best customer service that a customer hopes for. He listened and understood my problem and gave me best deal that I didn't think was possible. I also recommended my friends to go and see him for best deals and they were really happy.Really hope for his promotion as he deserves that.

They definitely WOWd me....moved here from AB and Jerin was fantastic..got me exactly what i wanted and more.. Perfect customer service. Store credit for accessories and the whole thing was done in two shakes of a kitten's whisker's. Anyone looking to get a new phone in Victoria this is the place.

WOW! What a fantastic experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful in finding me an amazing deal on a new phone and a bunch of free accessories! I'm so happy I went into see the staff at the booth in Mayfair Plaza. They treated me like a King and I would highly recommend going to see them when purchasing a new phone on your plan or any other communication needs you may have. :-)

I experienced wonderful service at Wow! mobile very recently. I came there, as it had been recommended online as the local resource for a Public Mobile service contract. I was after the most inexpensive cellphone contract, as I am a rare user, and needed the minimum. There was no attempt to dissuade me, or up service my request. Josh Ehrlich, the Manager found my previous cellphone contract had not been unlocked, got them on the phone, and shepherded me through the not straightforward process. All this to support my minimalist purchase, and with a smile! I will refer anyone asking me now to Wow. Superb service!
