Friendly informative staff, modern atmosphere, lots of parking, convenient location.

It's great they are open Saturdays, especially if it's a long weekend. I've been there a few times and there's never a lineup, considering it's the only BMO branch with Saturday hours.

I've been a business customer for 10 years. Recently I made a 4 figure payment to a credit card, which 5 business days later still hasn't been applied. No one seems to know why. Every time I call my branch, my business rep no longer works there and no one seems to keep any notes about the last conversation on file. Terrible service. I definitely don't feel like they care about my business so I am switching to a local credit union.EDIT: they want me to contact them again to repeat myself. No thanks, not wasting my time. Also just got a paper letter saying my complaint had been resolved even though no one has bothered to reach out to attempt to resolve it.

My grandma uses and absolutely loves this bank. Anna, a financial advisor here, is wonderful. She explains everything clearly, is very personable and clearly cares about her clients. I'd highly recommend her

Where’s security or law enforcement? There’s a disabled man on the road out front all of the time, walking through cars banging on their windows. All the time.

Disappointed with the lack of fluent English served at this branch. They sounded very unsympathetic and lots of miscommunication. The only good thing about this branch is that they are open on Saturday.

Terrible service. Had to raise limit on my debit card to pay for an emergency surgery and they were of zero help, trying to push me for a bank draft instead when I made it clear I would not be available on the day as my dog would be in surgery. Will be transferring banks to TD and closing my account.

I’ve never written a review ( ever ) but was treated so poorly today ( by 4 separate staff ) i will never step foot in this branch again
