Went to other stores in the area but ultimately ended up finding everything I needed here. The prices were good and the selection was large. I was helped by multiple staff during my many visits and all were friendly and helpful. I will be going back for my next project.

Outstanding selection of lights with many, many choices within a category. Jane is especially knowledgeable so she has been my go-to sales expert over the years. Prices are good especially when compared to online sites. Inspiring store to shop in.

This lighting store is awesome. It offers a great selection at reasonable prices. It also carries a lot of designer type lighting at better prices. I've purchased at least 5 lights from them and all have worked very well. Customer service is excellent.

The worst experience with shopping in Canada! They are cheating customers refusing to return money, saying their return policy was written on the receipt. But note, that you can read this message only when you already paid! They saying we have to ask about returns before buying. No, this is wrong! It must be delivered to the customer clear, because it is very irregular these days. They put a small sign on the counter, but make people paying on the other side of the counter so they didn't see it!. With this style of work I'm very surprised they are still on the market. The stuff, including the owner is rude and I feel very bad after shopping in this Panet Lighting now.

Very good selection and competitive pricing. Strong Recommendation: Check the boxes of all product you purchase before leaving the store - ensure all hardware and components are included. No returns - only exchanges within 14 days make them less competitive with other stores.

Great service. The employees are very attentive to your needs. They won't hesitate at all to help you find a light switch, plug in a light to see how it works. Great prices as well. They have lots of selection of different types of lights. Would recommend everyone to come here for a good deal for lights.

Very very well stocked. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They el show you any thing you need to see. Definitely a good place to shope for lights.

I had a wonderful and successful experience at Panet Lighting. I visited the store to find light fixtures for my new build house. I spent 4 hours with Laura who helped me coordinate the fixtures for every room. I am so happy with how everything looks and I have had so many compliments from visitors and even the trade people working on the house. I received excellent customer service from Jeff who met with us at the store to sell another fan which I had originally missed. Additionally, when one of the specialty light bulbs was broken in the box, Jeff did not hesitate to ship another on to our location 4 hours away. I would and have recommended Panet Lighting to anyone in the market for light fixtures. They have a huge selection and very affordable prices.

After visiting numerous lighting stores in the area, we finally found what we were looking for at Panet Lighting on Cartwright, in the Yorkdale area. We had been looking for clean lines on a pair of modern LED outdoor wall fixture for the front of our house. As well as a matching mailbox.Pricing was very good, in fact better than we saw at some of the newer stores in the Castlefield design area. Helpful sales staff, not pushy. Good experience, and we're happy with the result!

A great lighting store that has been around for decades. Very nice curated selection of lights for all rooms and scenarios. Friendly, experienced staff. Nice prices, too! Got 2 lamps and will be visiting again soon.
