I bought a wallet phone case from this location and am satisfied with it. However I returned to buy a long phone charger that would stay plugged into one spot for the two months I’ve owned it. It stopped working, all my other phone chargers still work just fine(so I know it’s not an issue with the phone itself). I returned to the store to exchange for the same one, only to find out they will only exchange for 14 days. Very disappointing as I did not want any money back just a charger that works and lasts for longer than two months. I do not recommend the chargers. However, I am still pleased with my phone case. Disappointed that I have to go somewhere else to get a quality charger

Case world Screen protectors are garbage. Shattered after I dropped my phone on the carpet. Has never happened to me before with other protectors.. Waste of money. Go somewhere else. Don't go here.They don't care to help you. Customer service is horrible.

Case world have pretty good case for iPhones and iPads Samsung and prices are pretty cheep lot cheaper than some of the stores.

Hubby had an old archaic android phone and the screen protector cracked and was bad so we went to see if they even had old archaic screen protectors and she pulls out one and then installs it better then we have ever seen a person do this! For $18 professionally installed screen protector with 2 week.warranty this place needs to be mentioned we loved it

phone screen was wayy too expensive for phone and when i accidentally droppee my phone face down the screen on it cracked. the protector was completely useless. do better.

Felt like I walked into an Amazon storage facility! There were so many options of every single device. It was a refreshing concept in the store - assuming due to covid. You walk up to the front, tell them the device and what you need, and everything else is done by them. With tempered glass screen protector purchase, they will install it for free. Much better than taking a chance and messing up the one chance you get. The girls were attentive and helpful. I appreciate their speedy service. And I was actually pleasantly surprised that the prices weren't like an arm and a leg! I got a great iPad cover for $12 bucks!
