Update: June 2023I went back and purchased a 2023 Ford F150 from Melody. Again she was awesome and super helpful through the whole process. I will absolutely continue my business with Chilliwack Ford, it’s awesome to have a company that treats you like family. Again left with a full tank of gas ready to take on adventures. Given the current supply issues, our vehicle order was a fairly complicated and lengthy process. Cory Hill was great with us, everything was explained and he had everything set up for a quick and easy delivery. Would recommend.

We’ve always had a great experience with Chilliwack Ford but this one was one for the books!! They went way above and beyond any other company I’ve dealt with. Taking care of phone calls and wait times for me so I wouldn’t have to try and do it while dealing with 3 kids and a very busy spouse. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff I interacted with! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The service dept stepped up to the plate when met with challenges. The competent staff and service manager went above and beyond to take care of me. Chilliwack Ford was quick, efficient and very reasonable. The team cares about their customers. I bought my 2013 f150 brand new there. They are the only ones who serviced it. I take it to them every six months. It runs perfectly. Rick treats me and my truck like we are royalty, not that I have any experience in that regard.
