Recently began the arduous process of selecting and purchasing a mattress set for my new home. After reading reviews, I made the trip from Hamilton to the north Burlington brick mattress store. Turned out to be a great decision. Rodolfo handled the sale and did a great job. He was clear and concise and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, all with a smile and without any of the usual sales pressure. He was complimented by Janice, who was also there to answer any questions and assist in the purchase with a smile. I was so thrilled with the service I ended up buying a new TV as well. Without a doubt, I will be going back to this store for any future home furnishing needs. You could buy a bed in a box from an unknown seller online with biased reviews from god knows where.. or, if you're like me and want to speak with an expert on the subject, go to this store first.

It was time for my husband and I to purchase a new bed. We spent a whole day looking at the top mattress places and laid on many mattresses to feel which one would be our next choice, but it would take another drive the next day to arrive at our preference. It had been a confusing and complicated endeavor thus far, until the next morning we met Janice Short at The Brick Mattress store in Burlington. This woman knows her mattresses. Once we stated our needs she suggested we try some. Soon we had two that were very appealing. She took her time and pointed out the differences between the two. It was easy to make our choice and both our needs and pocketbook were pleased. Janice is very pleasant, kind and caring. Her professional manner in knowing her product line and executing our order in terms of payment and delivery was swift, for our beds although needing to be manufactured arrived ahead of schedule. We are having great sleeps and we have Janice to thank.

My husband, mother, and I visited the Burlington mattress store today and purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress from Janice. We visited The Brick today and were greeted by one of their Sales Persons, Ram. We were looking for a reclining chair with a lift we needed. Ram provided us with excellent customer service. We appreciated that he presented us with all option and plans available once we had decided on a chair. I’d highly recommend you choose Ram for all your customer needs.

Here is a customer service tip, when a customer enters your store, greet them and ask them if they can help with anything, Walked the isles trying out different mattresses and no attempt made to interact with us. We left and bought a mattress somewhere else.

smelled like smoke throughout the entire store. The associate didn’t get off his chair, when I asked a question he was rude and expected me to know. Honestly I was embarrassed for the guy. He didn’t get off his phone, and laughed at us when asking for a price. Don’t go here, the sleep country across the street would be well worth the time. I feel bad for his customers, and i’m sorry to be so harsh but it’s true.

I visited your Burlington Store on April 2, 2022 to purchase a new full set bed and bed frame for my 88-years young mother. Jason T. greeted me and my family soon after we walked into the store. His professionalism, knowledge and understanding of what my mother needed was truly invaluable. It's rare to get excellent customer service these days, so when someone goes out of their way to ask the right questions, and can then recommend what is best suited for your mother's needs, then you know you've shopped at the right place.
