Your vehicles are being used at CESSCO which has locked out Boilermakers Lodge 146. I would encourage all union members not to rent here and to encourage their employers not to use this company.

Hard to get you, because they won't unlock the gate for you that is right off of 50 st. When you call and ask the staff is rude. I'll go somewhere else.

Good place to get rentals from. Had to pick up a power washer rental and it was a busy morning in the store. Staff acknowledge my presence and did let me know that they would be with me as soon as they could. Both front end staff members were extremely helpful happy and outgoing.Doing up all the paperwork was rather pleasant, fully explained to me and within about 15 minutes was on my way with the power washer. Will definitely go back here again for further rentals as I need them.

The people are knowledgeable and efficient. We had a difficulty with a generator we rented and they swapped it with no problems. Things don't always play out the way you expect but the mark of true customer service is how a business handles problems when they arise. This place is top notch and the employees have a great sense of humor.
