On Dec. 02, 2019 my wife & I checked in at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa to celebrate our 40 Wedding Anniversary. We had booked a lake view room for $307.64. I was never so disappointed. The room 7701 was deplorable. The rug was so worn my wife tripped on the 2 inch high carpet ripples, the wall paper was coming of the wall, and you could only see half the lake because of the privacy wall, and it was beside the elevator. We asked to be moved but they could/would not accommodate a move. The diner in the Copper Room & service were great, but the sleepless night in the worn out room was appalling, disgraceful & unacceptable.

UNSANITARYI'd just like to preface this by saying I've visited Harrison Hot Springs Resort since a young child, coming with my grandparents, parents, and more recently with friends and partners.this last stay was so extremely downhill from what I've come to expect, it's incredible...First of all, our room.. I understand we booked in the older" part of the hotel.. but there was a literal gap between the floor and the baseboard under the window that things could fall into.Upon arrival and bringing up our bags/ changing for the pools

This place in Harrison Hot springs is a dump. Not clean, holes in the walls, stains on carpet, weird smells and the front desk people are unfriendly .Spend more and get a good place DUMP..

We stayed at Harrison Lake Hotel on May 9 for one night and we were thoroughly disappointed. The carpets were dirty and frayed, dark and dingy halls, over paint on ceilings, bathroom was smelly and the chair had a cigarette burn hole on the top and was filthy. Absolutely disgusting as a whole especially for what we got charged. Never again, and I feel bad for people who will have to stay there during busy season due to everything else being full.
