Was at this subways yesterday and received rude and abrupt service. Being a client at this subway seems to be an inconvenience for the manager that was there at 3pm. Thoroughly unpleasant. I will state he made one small effort to go to the back for a missing item. However when I told him he was rude he stated that he didnt care what I thought and said he was working and that when he had time we could go outside to talk" about it.If you want a mediocre sub

I went to that subway with my friends, it was horrible. FYI, the food tasted bad with non-fresh vegetables. The soup was nasty and overpriced. The service was like I am begging them for food. The Indian lady they hired was rude and unfamiliar to her job. Overall, it should be a 0-star restaurant, to be honest.

I absolutely love subway !!!! BUT I’M CERTAIN I WONT BE HAVING IT NO MORE JUST BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE . The staff is so unhygienic, no hair nets despite having real long hair , the sandwich was so disgusting and not at all fresh , THEY USED THE SAME GLOVES ALL OVER FOR MULTIPLE PEOPLE while touching multiple other surfaces. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.

(September 2016) Such a shame... in the last year all the good staff left and have been replaced slowly but surely with completely incompetent staff. Constantly screwing up orders, not making the sandwiches properly, not listening to anything you say, etc. Today they decided to put the new hire on during peak hour on a Friday lunchtime which resulted in a 30 minute wait for a 12 inch meatball sub. I'm done with this Subway.

This restaurant is clean and generally quiet when I happen to go. There's very little consistency and a high turnover within the staff, some are efficient, friendly, and make well made sandwiches, while others seem lost, aren't very personable, and your sandwich falls apart in your hands when you try to eat it. I do want to commend Shannon for making today's experience very pleasant and quick though!

Beside Place des Arts metro, corner of Maisonneuve and Bleury. Establishment is a modern building, clean, with a fair amount of seating, a bit more than most other Subway restaurants in Montreal. Views of Bleury and the construction on a large building across the street.Got a steak cheese panini and a broccoli cream soup for 5$ with a coupon.Service was courteous and fast. Food quality was only mediocre, panini was thrown together quickly and cut crooked. Broccoli cream soup was sub-par. The good thing is that my panini and soup were very hot, moreso then any other Subway I've visited, it even burned my mouth. I couldn't seem to find any WiFi.Would I recommend? Yes, if you happen to get a better put-together sandwich than I.
