This is Fraud!Barry's Plumbing and Heating was not diligent in getting enough information from a client they performed work for. Even if he gave you my information, I was not contacted to authorize work to be done, using my name.When the client bailed on payment, they hired Falcon Collection and Investigation Inc. to collect the balance owing. Without accurate information on the individual owing the outstanding balance, Falcon issued a report with Equifax. Equifax put a collections hit on my credit history, now I'm left trying to clear my credit.I called Barry's Plumbing and Heating, to have the owner clear things up.It took way too many times before Derek finally answered the phone. I left a message for Barry to call me back, it's been 2 weeks now, and Barry doesn't have the decency to return my call or text. This is not ethical or professional, and he has smeared an innocent man's credit. I didn't even want to hit the one star rating, it doesn't give me that option.I have now started legal proceedings against Barry's Plumbing and Heating.

Okay, so they were the sub-contractor for our new build in 2017. (smile)They were always friendly. I was at the site frequently and they never tried to cut corners. In fact, they did the little extra things to make life easier for me later on. My excellent contractor only used the best subs (I saw him get rid of a sub that was doing sub-standard work) and has used them before and since. When asked a question they were happy to answer.As an example, I inquired about the absence of a BBQ gas line I was supposed to get to the deck which wasn't built yet. I was shown that the T" was in place and

I have used them on multiple occasions and have always been very happy with their service. Derek and Dusty are both friendly, professional and (most importantly) do a good job. After using almost every plumbing company in town over the years, they are my number one go-to and never disappoint.

Quick and clean installation! I love it when you get an installation and you don't need to think about coming home to clean up a mess.

The guys responded quickly, figured out the problem and were able to fix it promptly.
