Recently purchased a beautiful couch from Portfolio. The sales staff was so helpful and professional and the material selection was extensive. The delivery staff was excellent. I am so thrilled with my couch, it is the most comfortable piece of furniture I have ever curled up in!

Highly recommended!! I originally was looking for a couch to add to the living room and to ensure it would suit my decor. As a walk-in, Claire was quick to provide great suggestions while listening to my situation. Portfolio offers an in home assessment which she recommended after all the new painting was complete. I followed up with this offer and was impressed with the entire process that included the selection of new items, all ordered from Canadian suppliers, along with refreshing some of the lighting fixtures. Shortly after the order, the pandemic started and Claire kept me updated throughout the process. Portfolio delivered the items and set up all the furniture which was such a stress free experience. The result is a warm, elegant, modern space that was beyond my expectations. This was ‘one-stop’ shopping that saved me time and any anxieties. I had full confidence In Claire as well as the Portfolio Team. I obtained quality furniture and artwork which I am reminded of every time I walk in the room. Truly, my best experience in making any purchase to date.

When my mother-in-law moved, she wanted a new couch. I booked her an appointment with one of the talented interior designers that work at Portfolio. With kindness and patience, Deborah helped my mother-in-law pick out the perfect couch to suit her new space. As such, her experience with Portfolio Interiors has been second to none. Such a great store that focuses on service first. I also appreciate that the furniture sold is Canadian made and that the prices are fair to begin with- no need for big sales or gimmicky marketing. Awesome store with amazing salespeople! Customer service is priority and they make sure you get what you want, not what they think you need. Quality furniture, made in Canada, yes a little more money than the big box stores, but the quality and custom options super good.

I have to say, that even though we didn't end up buying our sofa here...It was our absolute top choice for a number of reasons. The only reason we grudgingly went elsewhere was because we found a deal that was simply unbeatable. It was a very difficult decision.The prices were very fair, and they have some unique, quality, and modern furniture. The staff who helped us (Claire), was genuinely interested in finding us the right thing. No smoke and mirrors. A true beauty and a very good salesperson. I have worked in sales before and this young lady was very impressive to watch in action.Honestly, top notch all around, and I won't hesitate to go back here.
