Updated Review: After leaving the original review I was contacted by Jeff through e-mail. From what I was told my original package had been sent and returned by my post office without me knowing about it. My e-mails had never reached them. Long story short, Jeff sent a new package without me knowing and it arrived today (less than 10 business days). Only issue with the package are the shirts which are not exactly what I ordered but after waiting so long I'll take them. I'm not sure if I will order again in the future, I feel like simply communicating the tracking number would have solved many problems in the beginning. I had to chargeback my credit card and then cancel the chargeback months later which I've never had to do before with any other business. If I lived closer I would definitely purchase from the store directly.Original review:Ordered online in september, never received anything or heard anything from them besides my order confirmation. They take your money and do not send you anything, trying to get a hold of them through their website, by phone, or e-mail is impossible.

Package never arrived, they responded to my emails once and never again afterwards. Avoid this shop

Amazing site selection! There was some delayed communication with my order but Jeff reached out and made things right. Canada Post lost my order and Jeff offered to resend the order at no extra charge. I really appreciate it and will return to purchase more items.

Scammers? Placed an order on their website and they don't answer their phone or email. TL;DR Had to open Paypal dispute to get stuff we paid for.What a ride...not a good one.After waiting 2 weeks and a few emails, many unanswered phone calls (voicemails full) we get a text from the number saying we can contact 2 of their emails...only 1 works (the other bounced). Still no arrival of items that were suppose to be in stock.My husband had to open a Paypal dispute to finally get a reaction and stuff shipped, with apologies of short staff. I get people are busy but seeing reviews... this seems to be a trend.Stuff arrived a bit later, quality was ok, nothing great. Communication and Customer service was bad.Think twice. Sad....

The online store has one of the largest selections for surplus gear that I have seen (in-person store may be different, I don't know personally). Prices are very reasonable, the quality/materials of the gear is great for the price, and free international shipping on bigger orders is a nice bonus. I ordered a plate carrier and molle pouches, drop leg holster, and boonie hat in TW cadpat of which the camo was decent albeit has some shade variability between the hat and other gear, but not a big deal.Much like some other reviews state, there was a moderate wait between placing the order and the package arriving. I placed my order April 2nd and received the gear May 7th (package shipped April 28th). I did reach out to Jeff via email and response time varied from about a week to a couple days. I am under the assumption that Jeff runs both the in-person store and online store by himself, maybe with the help of another which is unlike a lot of online stores out there; regardless, there are probably a small backlog of orders being fulfilled on top of customer service and the in-person store, so I'd just advise to have some patience when ordering and expect a couple weeks to a month before you get it.In conclusion, I would/will be ordering from here again for any other surplus wants/needs.

Multiple emails calls and Facebook messages unanswered. No delivery on 760 dollars worth of merchandise. Will try calling local rcmp tomorrow. Scam site for sure. Jeff your days are numbered.
