Unbelievably low prices on some functional clothes. You won't find Armani here but you can get great deals on informal no brand clothing and shoes. I got a great pair of gym sneakers here for just 10 bucks, to use next door at Planet Fitness.

I get most of my clothes from here since they're cheap, but the place doesn't have fitting rooms and there's a sign saying not to try the clothes on on the floor which is weird because how else are we supposed to know if they fit, especially when there's a no returns or exchange/final sale policy?? Other than that, they have a lot of options but for some reason don't carry my size anymore (Normal 16) but carry every other size, staff are nice.If you are above a size 15 in pants, above a 13 in shorts/skirts, or XL in shirts, then you won't find anything here.BUT they have the tiiiniest plus size section next to the front doors that have size 18-20 jeans. I got a pair from there, which are slightly too big but still looks good, so whatever.

Good summer collection in all price range. I used to shop here before but it been almost 2 years I came in this location. Management is way better than before. I came by 7:45 pm on Friday the staff helped me out it didn't look like they were pushing me out. Even though they closed the other door a sweet lady walked with me just to open that door so I can go out from that door. Such a great experience than i had it ever in this location.

Good experience, today my wife went to get a dress in specific color and the lady in blazer she is the store manager probably is great, help my wife out to find particular dress. Friendly staff good service.

My 'go to' shop for CHEAP holiday threads. As you see it's St.Pattys Day. $3 a shirt. Which were regular price at every other store for the exact same thing! If looking for something specific or just to add to the closet without breaking the bank THIS is the place. Most items are from $3-$10 an item. Including blazers, pants and shoes. Usually you can exchange items but can't return for cash back. Plus you can't try on in store. No mirrors or change rooms. Overall it's not a big deal because the price is right! Over and above they have accessories, necklaces, earrings, make up wipes, notebooks, pjs, men's wear, kids stuff, etc... Staff usually helpful and a huge selection. The store used to be a Zellers then target and now filled with amazing deals. See for yourself!

My family and I LOVE Stitches at Bonnie Doon mall in Edmonton, Alberta! Great prices and clothing, but my favorite thing? CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Huge shout out to Miranda, store manager. Not only did I receive EXCELLENT service on the phone, but also in person when I arrived. Miranda went above and beyond what I expected!!! She went out of her way to help me and I couldn't be more grateful and happy to have met her in person. Thank you, Miranda and Stitches!!!!

I got a text last night and this is what it said “STITCHES: TMRW! $15 OR LESSENTIRE WINTER COLLECTION-OUTERWEAR, BOOTS & MORE! LOWEST PRICES! NO EXCLUSIONS.” I was excited because I was eyeing a jacket for my daughter from the last time I was there. When I went to the store, there were no signs but I trusted the text that I got the night prior. When I got to the till the girl said it was full price and that particular jacket wasn’t included. I told her the text said “NO EXCLUSIONS” she said ya no sorry. This place must be under new management because a year ago they honoured what was advertised.

Used to love this store. Although prices aren’t too bad but the up keeping there store clean is a no go, clothes always on the floor, garage, line up to pay is filled with dust bunnies everywhere and garage from food, today at the cash register paying, luckily I always double check prices before hand as prices on my shoes were different then the sign it was with which it was fine the main reason I am writing this review is because the moment I stepped back I stepped on the sharp pointy end of there security tags things and punctured my shoe and luckily with reflex it didn’t hit my skin but it could have, I don’t know where’s it’s been and just thinking about any bacteria etc on it from there dirty floors. When the cashier watched it happen I told her and she didn’t even say a word about it. I paid and left. Not impressed.

I have always enjoyed shopping and spending my hard earned money at this location. It is in my neighbourhood and was one of my go to places to shop.On Friday April 21st around 6pm we were accused by who I believe was an acting manager for stealing. I was with two of my indigenous friends and my brother. I feel she was racist and made accusations due to my friend’s ethnicity.I had a huge handful of summer clothes I was extremely excited to purchase and wear this season. A manager approached us and accused us of shop lifting earlier in the day. When we hadn’t even been there. When I asked for proof I was told in a rude manner that wasn’t necessary and that I should leave. I was shocked. Asked if I could purchase the clothes I had in my arms. And she said no put them on the floor and leave… I was extremely offended. Walked to the front of the store and as I left I went up to her at the front counter to ask for the information so I could write a formal complaint… She then in-front of the entire line of customers said “ you’re just upset because you got caught shop lifting and you make poor life choices” I was floored.I have never in my life felt more disrespected or degraded by a retail manager.I work retail and understand the fear of theft… But to accuse someone with no evidence and then proceed to degrade and put down is not appropriate. Especially when I did nothing wrong and was going to pay for the items I had picked out. There is probably a lot of theft to deal with but to accuse without evidence is pretty messed up.I should have stayed and had a word with security. But this women (long grown out blonde hair slicked in a ponytail, over weight and brown eyes) for reasons unknown was disrespectful and rude. I was embarrassed to let her spread lies about me in a loud manner where everyone could hear and see..I will not be spending money here. I’ll travel further if I have to just to avoid this women and her hateful racist ways. The unfortunate part of this was a younger women was in training it seemed so that behaviour is being trained into their young staff.Hopefully this is addressed so more innocent people do not get this treatment or disrespect. I am furious about the whole ordeal. And feel management is not this woman's strong suit and to find someone with a bit more knowledge when it comes to these situations so no one else experiences this type of treatment.Looks like online shopping for me this year because I am unwilling to put my money into any establishment that discriminates or degrades people with no cause.
