What a joke of a company. I get mail from these people every single month, even after telling them many times to stop. I tried getting a loan and they said I'm not eligible. I ask that they stop sending me mail then, but apparently the operator is too snarky to understand what stop sending me mail if I'm not eligible" means. Unfortunately I had put a stop payment on my account and they still tried to take it putting my bank in the hole 45$ and adding additional fees to my loan if yous would do your job I wouldn't be broke right now my last 20$ for the week was in there now it's gone thanks fairstone and once this is paid I'll never deal with yous again!!!Hopefully yous refund the mistake you had made and not make me pay for your mistakes!

To lazy to press a few numbers on a phone and call you back for a simple yes or no answer then lie to you saying they tried everyday … this went on two weeks ! Save the high interest rates and look elsewhere to get ripped off !

Recently I was looking for a loan that could help with dental work, while also taking care of some of the debt I couldn't get out of. I had been working on rebuilding my credit for the past 8 months, and I had called the 1800 number for inquiries (who were super helpful and friendly) and ended up calling the Sudbury branch to help with the application process. Within 20 minutes, my application was completed over the phone and all I had to do was send a few more documents (rent receipt, I.D. etc.) before a final approval. Received a call back within 15 minutes saying that my loan was approved and was waiting for me in the store. Super quick. Super easy. Super friendly.

I would not give a star even . They told me I was borrowing 5000 and I find out the same day I took the loan it was 7000 and I call right away same day loan was taken told agent JAY that I did not want 7000 and he ( do not trust this guy he swindled me ) told me that 2000 was just insurance and I though nothing about till I want to pay loan entirely off I find out that I was paying off interest on 7000 instead of 5000. I TELL YOU OUT THERE GOOGLE FAMILY STAY AWAY FROM THIS IT'S A NO CARING LOAN SHARK PLACE AND AGENT JAY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED...SO RUDE OF HIM TO LIE TO ME. I have been with them for years and I had some life things happen and couldn't make a payment. I received a call from a Trish saying I missed payments which I said I know but I'm busy right now I will call you next week to make payment plan she said no you are making one now. She was really rude i have never been treated like that before. It's not like I didn't want to make payment I told her I would call next week. This was a saturday she called.

Christine was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She is quick, efficient and tries to help as much as possible. I feel so much better after dealing with her today, weight lifted off my shoulders!
