Went to Bittu Jewellers to look for a earrings for my friend and let me tell you I'm so pleased. The customer service was magnificent and the prices were unbeatable. The quality of the earrings is amazing and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for some high-quality jewelry. And then second visit we were purchased a pendant that’s good too..

Overall I had a great shopping experience. We were provided phenomenal service and they have great variety and show you exactly what you ask for. They are quick to fix sizing on anything. They will give you fair rates on everything. Bittu even sent us pictures via whatsapp in advance so we could get an idea on what we liked. We were provided tea as well while we waited. I would definitely recommend this place for your gold needs. They have all you need in one place including:rings, sets, bracelets, resizing and more.

My first time visiting and the customer care exceeded my expectations! I had piercings previously but one had closed while the other one was partially close. The employee took the time to carefully put the earring in and was truthful about not re-piercing the same one like other jewellers had recommended. Would definitely recommend and will revisit in future instances :)Update: piercing is fully healed and I changed them without a problem! I’ve been recommending this place to family.
