Nancy, from Escapes is the best travel advisor. She completely covers all areas of our travel and always seeks the best deals for us. Once the vacation, or trip starts, she is also keeping us aware of updates and changes of which we need to be aware. She gives us confidence in our travels and reduces any anxiety as we know she has all our bases covered. Excellent service provision!

In the past I have often booked directly with Sunwing or the airlines, but do to all the issues with travel these days I thought I should work with a middle man. My experience in booking with them has been excellent. Susan was my rep and she always answered all my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I also, really like their web-site. It is easy and fast to maneuver and has in depth descriptions of the resorts and their offerings.I would definitely use Escapes again.

This is an honest review. My first time booking with escape. I loved everything about their customer service because someone will always answer either by phone or email and they are extremely helpful! My travel was with sunwing which are hard to reach but this agency help me through my flights and hotel with them by contacting them for me while I was in cuba where wifi and service is almost nonexistent. They processed everything and saved me a lot of headache if I were to book directly with the airline. They help you from flight, hotel and insurance and any problems you might have along the way, they will contact for you. I will book again next time with them. Good price and helpful nice staff! Thank you escapes for being there for your customers!

Shelley is by far the most amazing travel agent. She has helped us book and plan our wedding and a romantic trip! We worked with Susan to book a fabulous family vacation. We truly appreciated her details of all the possible resorts we were interested in. It was because of her expert knowledge of these resorts that we were able to find the perfect one.
