This week I tried to exchange a jacket that I got for Christmas. They did not have the size available. Another store did have that size and was willing to transfer it. This store unfortunately was not willing to have the jacket brought in. I was also told I couldn’t exchange the jacket for a similar one as I didn’t have my receipt( I know that’s on me ) but I could get a picture of the receipt if I needed to. Today I went into a different bootlegger and within 5 minutes they had exchanged the jacket for me with a similar one. This bootlegger refuses to help me out.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping for jeans at Bootlegger. I'm an amputee, so it was a challenge finding the perfect pair. But my sales associate was so helpful and attentive. I would definitely return to Ricki's Bootlegger. I also purchased a few tops.

The staff member was so friendly, and very knowledgeable about your stock. I was very impressed. I'm so happy with the capris' she recommended, they are comfy yet look dressy!

The store itself has a bit of a tight layout, we brought a stroller in and had a hard time getting around #momtroublesHowever, the store is well stocked and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful the whole time and made clothes shopping a great time and helped me pick out some new styles that look and feel amazing even if I would not have thought to try it on in the first place. 10/10 would recommend just to experience the wonderful experience that such great staff create.

Super helpful staff! Also- I love that she put the receipt in the back pocket of the jeans I bought. I always lose my receipts and that was a clever way to keep track of it!

Always great staff at this location. They always greet you as soon as you come in and give you a run down on the sales. Very helpful and accommodating. The store itself has a great selection but if it's not in store they go out of their way to find it for you. Great staff.
