I go there frequently with my husband and children when we pass by. The service is usually fine. However, the night shift is severely lacking, unfortunately. Just went by and ordered a hot chocolate, simple enough order. I got home and ended up having to dump it out, as they had somehow mistaken Chocolat chaud" for "cafe". Will definitely not be going by there at night anymore. Not gonna keep wasting money on something I will inevitably throw away."

The most terrible Tim Hortons I’ve ever been! Not sure how many hands touched my hash browns which also teste terrible, overcooked… the napkins I asked were like someone used… terrible!

Never get the order right! Theydon’t care about scanning your Tim card, they just scan it after the payment is selected so you don’t get the points! Staff is just nonchalant and couldn’t careless about customer service

Can’t get the order right. My coffee never has the right stuff in it, rarely ever stirred, they mix up their orders and prices way too often. I once asked for 2 creams 2 sugars and got 4 creams no sugar. Ridiculous.And I don’t know who the manager is, an older woman, but she constantly yells at her customers and she looks completely unprofessional. She’s also the one that messes up the orders when she takes mine.75% of the time my morning breakfast sandwich had egg shells in it so I stopped taking that entirely from their store.

Another racist attacked at Tim Hortons against foreign people, the employee named Claudine was so rude with us, we showed her our Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card Proof of unique dosis (Johnson & Johnson), she doesn't accepted it cause she assured it is necessary two dosis and she knows the law, so we have to get out of her store. Two different Tim Hortons, same behavior racist, it means the foreigner people are not welcome in Tim Hortons.
