Jordans Flooring is THE BEST! As a former Designer searching for an area rug for the living room of my new home, I was looking for specific colours and a size that was not standard. I found three possibilities in Jordans extensive online catalogue, but only one was available to view at their Nanaimo store. Shawn quickly located the other two designs, and had them specially shipped from their Burnaby location. Just 3 days later I was able to decide on my perfect rug. Shawn then arranged for it to be resized and rebound, with a projection of ten days - it was ready in just THREE!This company goes above and beyond to give fabulous service, has a huge range of choices for every taste, offering really great value for money. Jordan’s flooring is much more than flooring. Their rug collection is out of this world! Gorgeous wool woven rugs or polypropylene high traffic rugs.Prices are fantastic. There’s is always a sale going on. This is my third time going there to purchase a rug. Hard to stop at just purchasing one. The staff is amazing too. Very helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Super satisfying shopping experience!

I have dealt with Shawn Elwood for my flooring needs. First it was a insurance claim for damage done to our carpet due to a ash burn caused by our fireplace. He came up with a solution that not only met our budget but exceeded our expectations for a finished product. A huge home improvement, we changed to hardwood flooring and he got us a excellent deal on some area rugs.After some time we were doing a renovation on our home and Shawn was able to get us a excellent deal on wood flooring to match our existing floor.
