Exit Abbotsford

Very overpriced for the whole experience. The staff seem miserable & act almost annoyed by the fact that they have customers. We were “greeted” by a younger red hair lady and a man, they both seemed very unhappy as soon as we came in the door, when the man took us in the room and explained the rules he talked so fast that none of us could understand a single word he said.. he just had a poor attitude. When we are all finished and ready to go we left the room and he asked us if we escaped when we told him no he just said okay and we left. Not a goodbye, not a thanks for coming, no customer service. Also they have a tip option on their machine and I personally find that comical especially for the service given.I’d recommend going to trapped in Coquitlam if you actually want to have a fun experience.

First time here.Did the Candy room and it was great. I’ve done a lot of different rooms and this one had a very sweet treat in it!!Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is great. Will be interested in coming back to do the other rooms.Would recommend.

I love it here it’s my partner and I’s favourite date night. Everyone is super nice. I just wish they would have more rooms as we have done. All of them. Can’t wait to see what comes up next!

Honestly I was very disappointed and underwhelmed with my experience. For the price of $150 for 5 people, I expected excitement and effort in the rooms. The rooms seemed cheap and for the price, there were only 3 little rooms to go through. We finished in under 20 min. Very little creativity to solving the clues. It was basically unlock a lock for everything. When we finished and opened the door, our time continued even though we finished and the staff were no where to be found. We waited in the lobby for somebody until one staff came and it was very awkward and we felt un-welcomed. As if your done now leave. Not expecting much but thought there’d be congratulations or effort from the staff to ask our time (even though they never stopped it) and ask us how we felt. I will definitely not be returning. I feel robbed for the price I paid over experience.

Went for my sons Grade 5 end of the year party it was so much fun.

This place was awesome! We were able to book a room the same day, and schedule the one we wanted. The little trailer was cool, and got us in the zone". Then into our room to solve the mystery. We always enjoy coming here with friends. Whether you want to do it alone

Way too over price for such cheap escape rooms with little effort put into them.Not to mention the fact that you need to know context outside some of the rooms or make leaps of logic to complete some puzzles is dumb and lazy.

Fun experience! Great setup.Some of the items in the escape rooms weren't working properly which caused us to go overtime, but they accommodated us for that, for which we were grateful.

Been to a few escape rooms and this one was by far the easiest room we have ever done. 5 of us, 175.00 and took 20 min. Waste of money.
