Collective Waste Solutions
These guys provide Municipal Waste Collection in Langdon, AB where we live. These guys skip houses, frequently have broken trucks, skip whole streets, and we've watched them knock over bins when trying to grab them, make a mess and drive away. We have set up a camera system to record these service issues to forward to the MD of Rockyview. A few bucks more a month to alleviate the frustration of dealing with these guys would be well worth it.

Didn’t pick up garbage because one bag was over flowing a little bit. Reason- bag might fall off and/or damage their truck. But no solution has be given to address extra garbage. The solution is to not pick it up, so what happens next week? They willHave more reason to not pick the garbage because now there is way more garbage. With this logic, our garbage will never be picked up. Garbage company with rubbish ideas. This is the second time they have done this to us. Imagine how many other families they unconvinience

Super disappointed with Collective service at every turn. I have used them for my commercial waste removal at my business for a number of years and I am constantly more and more disappointed as time goes on. They randomly add charges to our monthly bill (fuel surcharge this time) without notice. And no small charge! Their fuel surcharge is a full $30 extra on a $125 monthly charge. And $10 Carbon Tax. With no notice!Called twice to speak to sales to possibly adjust the schedule. Guy answers says he's on the road" and will call me right back - never did. I call again last Friday
