Nice employees but I needed two things and they had neither

I like this Shoppers pharmacy. It's not as big as some other Shoppers locations and it only takes a minute to grab what you need and pay. Fast in and out = No time wasted! Store is open until 10 pm. Cashier ladies are pretty friendly and I have never seen a line up at this store. Review by RodenReviews

We live nearby the pharmacy so we visit it a lot. Overall, all the staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately there is a pharmacist assistant named (Jennifer) who, whenever we go, gives us a hard time. She is very arrogant, does not have any manners and is super rude. This is the third time we had an issue with this lady as we went to pickup a medication (that has been faxed to the pharmacy by the doctor on Jan 17 and we received a call from the pharmacy that they received the fax and informed us to come next day for pick up). Her answer was that the medication is not here and nobody ordered it with an angry tone!!! I don't mind picking up a medication another day but It is really easy to say sorry there is a mistake

Sophie is the worst pharmacist.Thinking of getting eyedrops ,as the gov't indicates a pharmacist can give you now? Forget about it.After she made me wait and book a visit with her online at the shoppers website, she said she won't give me medicated eyedrops because i wear contact lenses.Why not tell me that two hours ago? Just a witch.Shoppers took all the gov't $ and they won't fulfill any of their promises. Its absolutely useless. Defund this process because its obviously a scam.

The very brief interaction I had with the pharmacist here (I’m from out of town!) was amazing. She was SO reassuring about my dosing concerns and handled my panic very well. Very grateful to have professionals like her who take great pride in their science and in providing healthcare to their patients.

I continuously have terrible service at this location, and each time hope that it'll be different. However, I will never be returning given today's incident and will be taking my business to Rexall down the street.Today I walked to pharmacy and asked if you sold Salinex because I was unable to find it. The technician said if it's not there we don't have it". I asked for a recommendation and he said the pharmacist could assist if I stood to the side. I waited for over 5 minutes and nobody came by. He seemed bothered that I even asked for help. The pharmacist then proceeded to go out of the staff room

The 1 star is only for your pharmacy. Whenever I go in to pick up a prescription, the pharmacy staff ask for my date of birth, which is absurd and an invasion of my privacy. I'm wearing a mask and I have to speak through a plexiglass sheet. There are people behind me and beside me sitting waiting to get a vaccination. Do I really have to yell out my date of birth? This is unacceptable. You need to train your pharmacy staff much better! They should ask for a name and that's all. I will be contacting your corporate office about this.

Went to go get a rapid antigen test, the pharmacist at the front (Jennifer) was very rude, talking over us as we're trying to explain the reason for needing the test.As I was waiting for my results I can hear other customers trying to talk to her but she would just talk over them as well and end up confusing the customers.Definitely felt like she was just trying to move everything along but went about it very rudely
