I have rented many times from Simon Lift and I have to say that the service has been absolutely amazing, the service I got went beyond what I expected from a rental company.All the gear is very well maintained, I have never had any mechanical issues of any sort with my rentals.Next time I need gear I'm getting it from these guys.

He helped my brother get a lift at the last minute on a long weekend. He was friendly, helpful, and went over and above. His prices were also much better! I highly recommend Simon Lift Systems.

I rented an articulating boom lift and it worked well. It showed up 45 minutes late, which wasn't a huge deal. When the lift was dropped off, the owner said that I had to call to let them know I was done with the machine by noon the following day or else I would be charged an extra day's rent, which is over $400. I told him at this time I would only be using the lift for that day. I finished with the lift that day and parked it next to the work site for pickup.Long story short, I forgot to call the next day to confirm that I was done with the lift. At about 3:00 in the afternoon the next day, Simon Lift called me, and I immediately realized that I had forgotten to call by noon to tell them to come and pick up the lift. I asked right away if I was going to be charged an extra day's rent and the lady said she would have to talk to Simon the owner to see. Simon called me shortly after and questioned my integrity as I had agreed the day before to call him when the lift was done despite the fact that I told him at that time that I would only be using the lift for the one day. At the end of the talk, he gave me a deal" and said he would only charge a half day rent on the equipment or about $200 and he definitely let me know he was being extremely gracious.I know that I forgot to call them to let them know to come and pick up the lift

Father and son duo were helpful and friendly. Lift was onsite as requested; on time and clean. I had minor mechanical issues with the lift but their service response was prompt and they gave me a deal due to a small inconvenience. Quite unexpected. To me; that’s good business. I will use them again for sure!
