I went into standard to see if they could pull me out of a big hole of vehicle payments i dug my self into. With the help of Kyle working with me for over a few weeks and the sales team pulling all the strings they could they helped reduce my monthly by $500 owing on my vehicles and helped me jump into a new 2021 ram 3500. Just purchased a Wrangler Unlimited from Standard Jeep without setting foot into the dealership. I found it online and did all my communication via email and telephone. The entire process was smooth and I never once felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. They delivered the vehicle right to my door in Calgary and when I found a slight imperfection on the vehicle they made sure it was taken care of and that I was happy. If u like not being called back or answered to begin with this is the place for u. If u like booking a week advance to have ur vehicle sit in the parking lot for two day this is the place for u .if u request a Service and they do what fits them and don’t look in to what was requested then bills u for diagnos tire pressure when u asked for a differential clutch pack to be inspected this is the place for u.this was not the only time this as happened but will be the last and they know they are wrong cause for the last 4 time this year my truck has been there I have not received a email asking how the truck service experience was thanks that’s all

Was in need of a truck after getting screwed by another dealership in Taber so I swung by their lot. Spotted a truck I really liked and within a few short hours I was driving it home. Everyone was great to deal with I will definitely go back there in the future.

We had an amazing experience with all the staff at Standard Dodge. Our salesman, Kevin, was top notch. Took the time to answer all our questions and be sure we knew all the ins and outs of what we were buying. Chelsea, the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and made sure all our questions or concerns were answered.

Extremely poor after sales support. When buying my 18 Sahara JLU, I ordered new rims and tires and wanted the speedometer recalibrated. We went back and forth for 5 months before they sent me a module for a 13-17 Jeep which is obviously useless for me. After, I took my jeep in for warranty work and was given a filthy and smelly van that was not cleaned from prior users. I then ordered new glass to replace a window that was smashed out in our recent storm. No communication back from service group until I called again today and was told that it would be 5 weeks as opposed to 1 week as quoted. Happy to take your money, but no support after that.*****edited after speaking with Shaun Hagemeister again*****Standard is paying for my new glass that was found at another shop in town in a reasonable time frame. He was genuinely apologetic and is addressing the issues identified above. This gesture is sincerely appreciated.

Have been a recurrent customer of STANDARD (Jackson in the past) Jeep and will continue to be. Shawn H and the staff are tremendous. Never pushy with sales, always accommodating with answers to questions and inquires. Great service in the shop also. Will continue to be a Jeep customer at Standard in the unforeseen future.

I am leaving this review 5 years after having purchased my 2016 Ram 3500 from Standard Jeep Ram (Jackson). I already do all the research before I test drive and purchase my vehicles. My biggest unknown concern is whether I will be taken care of after-sales.Over the last 5 years, this dealership has had some different service staff, but has always met my expectations when I roll up with a concern, whether it's a funny noise or a code thrown on my dash.I need to thank their latest service team of Andrew, Josh, Teresa, plus the Techs who took care of my first substantial powertrain concern when I was a 1,000 km over it's warranty. I thought I was in for a frustrating and expensive ordeal, but Andrew's team was very understanding, and went to bat for me to fix the issue. They also helped me address my transportation issues while my truck was down for repairs.I will remember this for future purchases, and will definitely recommend Standard Jeep Ram to my social circles. A positive sales experience is important, but after sales service is paradigm in my books.Thanks again!
