Called to inquire about the apartment. Requested a viewing. The guy told me to text him my e-mail address so that he could send me the application in advance. Literally 30 seconds after I got of the phone with him I texted him the requested information. Do you think he sent me the application? Nope..never heard from him again. Good job! And that's why your ad is constantly advertised month after month. Consider replacing your superintendent with someone competent and able to follow through with basic communication skillsets. When I say I will do so something, I do it. I know that's a rarity these days and maybe the guy was just busy...I doubt it. I really doubt it but maybe...either way, really bad first impression. Sorry bud, you're the reason for this review. Do your job.

The management wouldn't fix any thing I have complaint many times about heating problem , floor, broken clothing cabinet door, they wouldn't even bother looking at it top of that the electric heating bill in the winter's is horrible.
