Circle K

Lazy staff. Won't answer simple questions. Argues with customers. Over all it's the worst CircleK in the city

I usually use Macewan car wash in town but because it was so busy I decided to try esso circle k. There is a reason why Macewans is busy and you are not. I left the car wash in my 2023 gmc at4 and went up the road and then back to my work. ( which is a local business as well) I got out of my truck and noticed that the tailgate had not even been washed or even wet. I even purchased the 19.99 plus tax Ultimate car wash. I went straight back to the location and asked the store clerk to come see and we could work something out. as I was waiting outside for him, I noticed scratches on my right rear fender. When he came out I also brought this to his attention. He instantly said thats not from the car wash. I figure they will probably buff out anyways but asked for his manager. He said he was the manager. I explained to him, I would just like my $22.59 back as I feel the service was not provided that I paid for. He explained... I cant do that, but I can give you another car wash. really???? after seeing the scratches there is no way I will take my brand new truck through again. He then said I should have pulled around front right after my wash. I told him I shouldnt have to check my truck over a wash since you told me you sold 35 washes yesterday and not a single complaint. Great job!! he was ignorant and would not refund me, Same as another review, I filled out the complaint form and he said I will receive a call from his head office but had no timeline as to when. Very frustrating to take a any vehicle through and get this kind of service. Never again will an Esso or Circle k see me, my family or any of our vehicles again.Also.... thanks to Rob at Nadeau's. He came out right away and buffed them out in his parking lot.

Very rude customer service tried to buy lottery tickets and was told I had already received my tickets which I didn't. Asked for money back it was practically thrown at me. Then asked for my optimum card back and was told she didn't have it. Will not go there again

I went through the automatic wash the other day and a piece of metal had come loose from the machine and scratched the hell out of my f 150 this isn't a small scratch that I can live with it went right through to bare metal. The scratch is over 10 inches long. I spoke with the store manager he was nice however has no answers for me says it's a corporate issue. Seems like a lot bs to me. I wouldn't use this wash ever again if this isn't fixed.

Employee working was great but the Manager was very discriminatory! Very disappointing attitude! He was scolding his employee and was irritated when we had coupons to add for the purchase. Such behaviour must be condemned, and if the work is very busy then the frustration should not be brought to the front end! Great location and employees but not so much looking at the manager…

i don't have option for zero star, otherwise for sure i will give these peoples.Too much rude staff and they need to train their staff, and no arguments with the customers, even the owner as well.i visited their for car wash, i just swipe my card, and without asking me they give me premium car wash but i didn't ask for that car wash, after that they keeps my receipt and telling me that they are going to ask from ESSO to refund,what a joke seriously, they redeem my 700 points.

A perfect customer service. And awesome car wash.

Worst staff. Even the manager has no empathy. All I asked is for me to wait for my cab inside because it is freezing cold outside but they let me out because I am not allowed in the store apparently. Very rude!
