Nufloors Vernon

We chose NUFLOORS Vernon from a recommendation of a friend who had had such a wonderful experience. We did a very large kitchen renovation and before we started had many questions about flooring. We visited the store and with our counter top sample and had all of our questions addressed and were impressed with the lovely store and the very qualified and friendly staff.. Steve Kitagawa was a great advisor and came to the house in Salmon Arm and did the measurements and gave us some great advice. I picked laminate plank floor for a large country style kitchen and the installer was so meticulous and pleasant. Had two different carpet installers and both were as meticulous. All were so pleasant to have in our home. Can’t thank NUFLOORS enough for making our renovations go so smoothly

The worst ever!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. The flooring is beautiful but the service and install was AWEFUL!!!! Find a company that actually cares about it's clients

We're renovating an older home, and the original carpets and window coverings needed replacing. Kim Slattery, from Nufloors Vernon, totally understood our style, and helped us choose great products. Everything was delivered (and installed) perfectly, and we're extremely happy with our experience.

We just had vinyl floors installed by Nufloors and couldn't be happier. From the treatment we received from Kim on our flooring selection and her in home consulting to the install done by Patrick and his great assistant that both demonstrated true pride in workmanship made it all a very positive experience. We will for sure use Nufloors for any future needs. Great price, Great service!

Really happy with this company, they really stand behind their products. The installer was personable, knowledgeable and prompt. I also like that they give a follow up call, to check on things. I would not hesitate to use, or recommend them, in the future.

Nufloors in Vernon were fantastic to work with from the first time we stepped through their doors until the job was complete. Competitive price; high quality product; Kim managed all of our questions, helped us pick out our flooring and was wonderful to work with; installers are wizards (leveling the floor, installation of vinyl plank, made the steep narrow stairs safe and looking great); professional team; left space very clean every visit.
