I approached the staff speaking in French and she was responding to me in English. Staff has to adapt to customer’s preferred language. Very unprofessional. At least the matcha latte was good.

I loved my smoothie but I thought it was a little pricey for the size. I got The PB & J Protein shake

I absolutely love the vibe and the aesthetic at Spirulina. The menu is well balanced and the staff is extremely kind. Highly recommend the toasts.

Whenever a new restaurant pops up on my Google map near work, it behooves me to check it out. I was glad to see that it's a healthy option, with salads and smoothies, becausea) fat boy needs to watch what he eatsb) the other so called healthy places nearby have been disappointing at best - looking at you, Freshii and Copper BranchFriendly service, and I was there before the lunch hour so not busy.I ordered the fall salad and the lentil soup.I ended up eating just the soup on one lunch and eating the salad the next day, the portion sizes are deceptively big. The soup was about the size of a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, served with a slice of warm bread, and the salad a good 3 cup's worth food.The soup was hearty with lots of veggies, and was pretty good! Maybe a touch under seasoned, but still nice. The bread was great.The salad was also good, the honey mustard dressing was tangy, sweet, and made sense with the salad toppings. I got an extra cup of dressing that I didn't need to use. Again, deceptively large portion. It doesn't look that big, but with the quinoa and nuts, it ends up being quite filling.Overall, very satisfied and will be back to try the toasts. Only downer is that they need to update the website, prices have gone up. It's not cheap, soup and salad came to over 30$ with tax and tip - I did get two meals out of it - but the value is good.

My go to healthy place for quick GF snacks, I love their smoothies and their energy balls!

Spirulina is my go to healthy spot before school! I've tried every smoothie and can't choose a favourite - they are all SO good. Food is also amazing, the 'beet it' toast is a must try! Iced matcha is also amazing!! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Super aesthetic spot too, overall the cutest cafe. Highly recommend!

I used to always come ( almost everyday ) to get different things as I used to really enjoy this place but one of the two owners today proved to me that they don’t care about their customers at all.I asked for extra protein and when it was ready in the kitchen, the person that prepared it handed it to the owner and mentioned that it’s the one without protein as there was a confusion with another order. The owner instead of fixing the issue she handed it to me without telling me anything until told her I heard what have been said and she went to fix it and apologized.Really disappointing as it’s a small business that i used to support and told my friends about it. I will never step back there and will tell about it. I’m still in shock.
