The staff is really nice and knowledgeable, and he is able to find the particular paint colour made by General Paint but taken over by this current company that I used ten years ago. The price is also very reasonable, so I recommend this place for your painting needs.

Excellent customer service. Very impressed of the helpful advice that they provide, and they did a great job of painting matching as well. The colour is indiscernible from the original colour.

Popped in on a Sunday morning and was helped by Tommy. He was fantastic - spent a ton of time with my girlfriend and I, and even brought us into the back to look at different color swatches under different lighting. Thanks again, Tommy! A+++

Very knowledgeable staff, and very nice and helpful I went to Home Depot and try to get up colour match it didn't work I came here and the problem is solved. Some older gentleman helped me and he was very professional

Great service provided by Amelia at the Richmond St location! She helped us select primer and paint as well as painting supplies. She was calm despite working both days of the paint sale. She directed us to another location when she did not have enough stock of the primer we wanted (Alonso at the Danforth store was equally fantastic!). Wonderful customer service all around!

I totally understand why this is the best paint store in the lower mainland. The staff is great if you're nice and the staff will share their knowledge with if you're not. Be good and they'll be great ☺️

First time here, for their buy one get one offer, and found the also have regular discount for CAA members. The staff was very friendly and helpful, who recommended the right paint, and to match my colors. They nice lady even helped to bring the paint to my car. Would come again when I need paint.
