One of the worst daycare you would ever put your child inPlease make a research before going there because I didn’t unfortunatelyAnd now my child is suffering. She hates all the daycaresbecause of themshe’s been in a daycare ever since she was3 months old with no problem at all.Now she hates all the teachers. She’s scared from everybody because simply she was getting abused yes, abused.My preschooler she was eating mashed avocado out of tissue paper because they are too lazy to give her a plastic plate.I walked inside and she was crying because the teacher was yelling at her. When I asked what happened the teacher give me a very bad attitude and she said (we run out of crackers, and she keeps saying she’s hungry)My little girl said (mommy I didn’t have any and I’m so hungry)It broke my heartI told the teacher you don’t have anything to give it to her even cookies or anything she’s hungryThe teacher rolled her eyes and didn’t even look at meI went to the manager office tried to talk to her explain to her what happened I didn’t even hear sorry about that or anything so when I left, I did contact the manager through the phone again and told her (how come you had no comment for what I said I told you the teacher attitude was really harsh and she was yelling at my daughter)The manager said this is the teacher way of talking.Means take it or leave itUnfortunately, this is only one example.my daughter went through a lot in total of nine days every day she will come crying saying I don’t wanna go to daycare ever again and right now I’m seeing her suffering. I would never recommend this daycareDon’t believe the pictures that you see online go there with no appointment. The place is so dirty all the time. and I have a proof for every single word I have said.Please, you’re a child deserves so much better

Cathy Brown must be a disgruntled ex employee. I visited many local centers and the Tot Spot is SPOTLESS. the supplies in this center are new and clean. All flooring and walls are clean and toys are cleaned daily. Nothing is worn or faded or stained. Compared to many government and independent centers, the Tot Spot looks like something out of a Designer Catalog. Its a beautiful center. My son has been attending since age 9 months and he is thriving. Now 21 months of age he is very verbal and speaks in sentences. He knows various sign language and is being potty trained as well. The staff goes above and beyond the expectations of any child care provider and they show that they care. I would recommend this facility to anybody and would personally vouch for the owners. Thank you Tot Spot for helping make my little man the happy thriving child he is today :)

My daughter recently left this daycare and I would not recommend it. She attended this daycare from 10 months old until 2.5 years old. The care that she received in the infant room was amazing and the only reason she went there when I returned to work. The care in the infant room was mostly from their primary staff member Katie. Katie left this centre when the infant room was closed. The problems started when she was in their toddler room. I don't want to elaborate on these problems for personal reasons. There are much better daycares available in the area. Your child deserves the best care available and this place is not it.
