I was looking to have a2 window openers replaced in my front house large window as the seals had gone and went in to see Len after reading the good reviews and also wanted to support a local small business and he took my phone number but said they didnt need my e-mail. Within a week they sent a guy round to do an estimate and i told him that i would like a quote to replace the 2 openers where the seals had gone and while he was here could he do a quote to replace the whole window in plastic.After 2 weeks i had heard nothing so i gave Len a call and he gave me prices for the 2 openers and also a price to replace all the glass in the same window which i didn't ask for so i explained again that i need a price to replace the whole window in plastic.After another 2 weeks i had heard nothing so went in again and i was asked to take a picture of the window and take the measurements which i took in the next day and spoke to somebody else and asked if he could pass on to Len. Yet another 2 weeks went by and i called in to the office again and Len showed me the drawing he had e-mailed for the quote and nobody had got back to him as the guy has been on vacation but he will contact him and phone me back. I offered my email again but said it wasn't needed.So after at least 8 weeks of back an forth i still do not have a price for the job so i suppose i will have to go to The Big Boys" to get some customer service and i am very disappointed."

Had a excellent experience getting my windshield replaced. Chris took care of everything, called me once the windshield was in, was able to squeeze me in earlier than our original appointment, and even provided me with a lift to and back from my apartment. Was very professional, would definitely use them again

Recently had 2 new windows installed in our cabin. The installers, Chris and John were fabulous. Efficient, friendly and experienced, they did a fantastic job and left the site clean as a whistle. Highly recommend this company.

We had a very good experience with Our GlassPrompt knowledgable advice , very friendly , and the installation was done very well.We had a pretty tricky sliding glass tub shower installed .We would definately reccomend these guys

About 3 years ago we had to replace 2 large windows in our living room that faces west. The staff were wonderful to deal with and the price was right. After installation we began to notice when the sun shone through the glass you could see several large round circles with lines thro them (looked like a cut pie) on each window. I contacted their office and they sent a rep to see the problem. Actually in total they came several times and verified the problem. It was agreed the windows would be replaced within a couple of weeks. On each occasion it didn’t happen. Nor did it happen when I called and talked to management on more than one occasion. Each time they were conciliatory and promised to rectify. It has been a disappointing experience for us and, at this point, would not recommend using Our Glass Shop. I value a company that keeps its word.
