I visited The boardwalk Walmart for my general grocery and was waiting in line for check-out, I have been to a lot of Walmart but manager here is so rude to customers and associates as well. Particularly, manager named Christiana. I am never ever coming to this Walmart again and I will share this incident with my friends and my loved ones.

Would give half a star if possible. The selfcheckout blocked our transaction just because I was scanning items directly from the cart instead of placing items on the platform. I don’t know what difference did it make and then she canceled the whole transaction and scanned our items personally. She started lecturing on how we should put each items on the platform so that she can see. She treated us as we were some kind of thief. We went into self checkout because we were in a hurry and she made us go through a lot of trouble and treating the customers this way is not a good thing. The whole order was merely 50dollars. If walmart treats each customers as theives they should shut their business. Never coming to this walmart again.

Customer service is rude for no reason and there was a black lady with short hair with no name tag what looks like the manager or supervisor. She is usually in the cashier area. was yelling and talking to customers. So rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and literally came on me face. Management needs to hire people with positive attitude and who has customer service skills

Walmart at the Boardwalk in Kitchener Waterloo is the absolute worst. Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Multiple times they have displayed a price that was not correct at the register and then refused to honour the price. They also refused to allow a return just because I bought the item at another location (when Walmart website clearly says you can return to any location as long as you have the receipt.) Managers also treat you like dirt if you question why they are not following the corporate policy in-store. Terrible terrible location!!

You can buy so many things in one store. But Walmart donot do 'price matching' in Canada. I don't like it. I like their cosmetics, dairy and grocery section. Walmart should launch more frozen seafood products.

A few years ago, it used to be one of my favorite stores, known for its excellent customer service. However, nowadays, I always try to avoid this store, even if I need to purchase something from there. The reason behind my avoidance is the significant decline in their customer service experience over the past few years. It seems to have started after they hired new staff members. Unfortunately, the current employees often treat customers poorly, assuming that most of them are thieves. It's truly a pathetic situation.

Horrible and terrible customer service even from a management team ( I think, it was Charmaine). The entire Walmart team killed my two hours of shopping experience by not honoring a coupon already attached to the product ( see photo). Walmart pays them to work better, but the employees don't even care what they learned in the trainings. When there was a clear mistake from them, they just wasted half an hour of their time discussing with a customer just to prove that THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND ALL CUSTOMERS ARE THERE TO FRAUD THEM. I hope somebody told them that Walmart gets reimbursed from vendor coupons. Such a sick behavior and mentality. These are the type of employees Walmart wished never had.

Boardwalk Walmart in the Tri City area is undoubtedly the best Walmart around. Its massive size, open layout, and cleanliness make it a pleasure to shop there. The convenience of having a McDonald's inside the store and a delightful baking section adds to its appeal.
