You've Got It Maid

I was told that for the size of my home (3 bedrooms, under 2000 sq.ft. townhome) an average it should be 2-2.5 hours. My home is not filthy or requiring any special treatments. I was thinking it might be $250-300. They request your credit card information in advance to bill you for the service - and so they billed my credit card $536.75. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I should have received a phone call at a MINIMUM if it was suddenly going to take twice as long to clean the house as what was mentioned. There is NO WAY that two people, working at a reasonable speed, would take 4.5-5 hours to clean a space that small that was NOT that dirty in the first place. I called 3 hours in to the cleaning and did not receive a call back. I received an email asking if I was unhappy with the job done and when I responded, my email was ignored. Why bother speaking to me when the payment has already gone through on my credit card right?When I walked into the house for the first time after the cleaning, my son immediately said, there's a grain of rice by the table!" You can see in the photos the dust and crumbs on the floor by my dining table and the crumbs on my daughter's nightstand. I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of and would never recommend this company to anyone."
