Durham Towing was able to help me when I really needed it. Karan was the driver that provided the service. I couldn't have asked for a more awesome human being to help me out by removing my car from the highway. He went above and beyond in terms of explaining the process, giving me advice on my next steps and understanding the situation I was in and not rushing me. Even after the whole process was completed, I had another issue that came up and he was able to help me out again. This was one of the best experiences i've had in terms of customer service. Again, I appreciate your help Karan.

Manager tried to work with me on the price, which was good. But someone stole a tool and a battery from my truck and it has not been recovered yet. Also missing a shovel but the tool was brand new I just bought it the day before. Very upset about my stuff being taken!!

I went to pay for an impound vehicle for a friend and the company was demanding cash as payment. The male manager is rude and aggressive towards his female employer, her name is Rosie. There is no where on the government website that stipulates payment by cash only and this dude was telling me it is there. When I confronted him to show me where it was written, he walked away.
