My Grandson was treated terribly when he went for his test. He is trans and asked to be called by the name he has been called for the last 5 years...they laughed. When asked about his parents...he is 18, has a full time job and his own apartment...they made snide remarks. They made him feel 'less than human ' and made an uncomfortable and potentially scary situation worse. Under the circumstances these healthcare workers should be treating all who come to be tested with sensitivity and compassion. Shame on the healthcare workers at the Ethel St location...if you were there December 1 at suppertime you need to look at how you are treating people.

Very incompetent people here with no true want to actually help people. Pump n dump system where you don't feel welcome.

The staff are great. I was treated with kindness and care

Went here to get tested the other night, it was a super quick and easy process. There was a man in front of me who could hardly speak English, and had no drivers license or care card, but the nurses working there were very patient and kind, and managed to get him in as well even though they couldn't communicate with him very well. It was great to see.Just an FYI- they have two testing options. I went for the one where they test up the nose and I found it to be somewhat painful. Maybe go for the salt water gargle option instead if you're worried about this.

The staff are very nice. But it ends there. No follow through. Directives are not accurate. Home support service plan as printed shows absolutely no resemblance of what was agreed upon or recommended. Phone calls end up with a beaurocratic run-around. No actual help for the vulnerable and fragile.A TOTAL TRAVESTY.A

Lazy. Google says no appointment needed, they know this, yet they don't correct it and waste people's time by not changing it. they give you the phone number provided on a little piece of paper by an old man in a car like it's the 1980s instead of, y'know, actually posting the phone number themselves so I guess I'll be doing their jobs for them todayBy the way if someone with covid-19 is to come down here and then gets turned away, they just risked exposing other people to covid for nothing.

Called to make an appointment. After answering all the questions included the fact that I'm vaccinated and I was told that I did not qualify for a PCR test. I was instructed to go the following day for a rapid test. I get there the next day to find out that rapid tests are for unvaccinated people. So my wife and I have been isolating with odd and concerning symptoms with no answers or support. The lack of consistency is really frustrating. The nurses there are great, but the interface with the public is not.

Nurses inside were very nice and polite but the impark parking lot attendant in charge of the line was very rude and ignorant letting a lady with no appointment go in front of me in line while I was already standing outside for 20 minutes as a frontline health care worker I find this very sad.

Appointment is required, even though online it says that appointments are not needed. Drove down there just to get turned away. They know about this to, and are doing nothing to change the info to be accurate. Complete waste of my time. Typical government.
