This hospital is great!! We brought in our beautiful 9 week old puppy who was fighting for her life from an unknown cause at the time. They did everything each day to keep her alive, and she did not give up. We are so grateful for all their hard work and their ability to find out the problem in a quick manner. Treating her with love and care and getting her well so she could come home. Now she's healthy and happy all thanks to this hospital. 5/5 stars from our family! Thank you for helping us bring our puppy home.

My dog got hit by a car so I rushed him to this hospital and the staff immediately took him in and took care of him. They were super supportive and they answered my calls throughout the night. They saved my best friend and I will forever be grateful for what they did. They have a tough job doing what they do.

Worst experience ever of a vet trying to take advantage of your love for your pets. They tried to charge us $6000 plus $1200 in tests and meds to keep two of our dogs for one night. We brought 2 dogs in because one one was vomiting. The other had a little bit of foam around his mouth so we were a bit concerned. Of course this happened on a Saturday and the dishonest vet managed to squeeze about $1200 out of us in tests and meds and after that with no dangerous results he recommended strongly that both dogs should spend the night and be monitored with the overnight fee $3000 being per dog. Which is absolutely insane pricing and I took it as an insult to my intelligence to even consider accepting that. We took our dogs home that night. Both of them looked like they were severely sedated and they couldn’t even stand up. I literally had to lie one of them on the bed. They both slept through the night and woke up the next morning completely fine like nothing ever happened. The vet just drugged them with sedation and if we paid that 6K offensive fee we would have just handed them a lot of money for our dogs to be sedated in a cage all night while they do nothing. I’m sure they will try to deny this happened but it absolutely did. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This place is a go-to for 24\7 medical emergencies. I have taken my dog here twice and you can really tell the people there care for your pet. They are very clear and professional with the way things are done and do their best for your loved one. I give this place a five star rating. I can tell my dog trusts these people and that makes me feel good about giving this rating. I recommend this location for your pet emergency. (dog pic for tax)

To be avoided. They have examination rooms but don't use them.... they are for the humans to sit in while they take your animal somewhere out back. i.e. still enforcing COVID protocols when my human Dr is not. Fine I guess, but didn't seem to care about my dog... Only my money. Seemed like a scam setup to charge me the most possible. I did not trust them and will never be back. There is a long list of similar reviews for this place. Funny, I don't normally like to complain but felt compelled to leave a message for others as a warning.... Then I find a bunch of the same... Go somewhere else if possible. You will be treated better.

I had a terrible experience here. Took my 17 year old dog in because of large amounts of blood in her urine. They took her in at 5pm (during covid) and I didn't hear back until 11pm. They never took a urine sample (the reason she was there), did a ultra sound and then tried to convince me to remove her spleen ($4,000.00) as there was a shadow on it. She was 17 with a heart mummer and she probably not survived the surgery.(They didn't mention that) When I said no, they tried to convince me several times. They kept her over night and never did a urine sample(again what she came in for). Kept her over night, was told I would get a call in the AM. By 930am never heard anything, called told that they were doing rounds and the vet would call me. By 1130am, still had not heard from the vet. Went and collected her. Still no response from the vet. But the techs still tried to get me to do the operation. Vet finally called at 9pm, still tried to talk me into the operation. When I saw my own vet the next day, they told me that my dog would probably not survived the surgery and if she did, she would only last about 6 months with out the spleen. She is now 18 years old and just fine. They were only interested in the $$ and no thought of the animal and its survival rate... I would not recommend them.

Excellent care for my dog!! Our little dog took ill abruptly over the Easter weekend. I rushed him to the clinic and they were amazing. He was very well taken care of, the staff were really friendly. They were also very understanding of my heightened state of worry and kept me constantly informed on progress. My dog is home now and doing amazing. I am so grateful to everyone here!

The front desk staff and vet techs were wonderful people, too bad the vet was rude and tried to upsell us the package of keeping my dog overnight for a bunch of tests that added up to $3100. Watch out. We asked for a blood test first but the vet condescendingly discouraged that. We took my dog away cuz we heard her barking in the back sounding traumatized. I didn’t trust them to leave her overnight. Didn’t feel the vet cared much for my dog. Then I had a difficult time getting medical records to send it to my insurance for reimbursement. I called a few times and each time they said they were sending it to me but I still haven’t received it. This whole experience with them was super uncomfortable and inefficient.

I cannot recommend this emergency vet enough! My cat got into some lilies and I rushed her to their clinic for immediate care. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed my cat's condition and explained everything to me in detail, answering my million questions with patience and care.Throughout the day, the vet kept me informed with frequent updates on my cat's progress. I also appreciated that they allowed me to visit her multiple times, which put my mind at ease during a stressful time. The staff genuinely cared for my cat, and when she wasn't eating, they held her and hand-fed her to ensure she was comfortable and getting the nutrition she needed.Overall, I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care my cat received at this emergency vet. They went above and beyond to make sure my girl was comfortable and on the road to recovery. Thank you so much for everything!
