Absolutely bunch of scammers . They sent asa used sanding machine and when we file the return the same day and we told them that the item is a used one they said return it. They made us to pay 40 dollars delivery then they said yes the item is been used and they cannot refund the money . The item used before they send it to us because they had a delivery sticker for different customer which they ripped off . We have recorded everything from the moment that we picked up the machine .We never ever, not even for a second plug that item in power . They are not honest and they must be removed from the market.
