Great prompt service, very friendly and very professional. My nurse walked through what make sense for me to take and then let me make my own decision. Finally I received a personal email from the companies co-founder, to which I emailed back a question, to which I received, yet again, a prompt accurate and real answer. Very impressed!

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment for a Saturday, happened to be a snowStorm. Made my way in only to realize all of the doors were locked. Tried to phone in, no voicemail or phone line available. No notice by email or phone that there were any cancellations for the day. Complete and utterly frustrating waste of time. At least leave a modified voicemail system and notify the days clients to not come. Would give 0 stars out of 5 if possible because now I am screwed for my trip. Waited two weeks for this appointment.
