Washroom Warning: road trip season is among us and this is busy stop over, and observations from summer 2022 and summer 2023, with one visit each, enough to confirm that the custodian on Sunday evening shifts conducts cleaning at inappropriate times. Accompany your kids, and feel free to advise the custodian the washroom is still full. What my family has experienced is this: Washroom is full with patrons in women's washroom, and custodian will enter and start cleaning. Washroom is full of patrons in mens washroom, and same custodian enters and starts cleaning. The custodian then closes" a washroom if it is empty

Terrible customer service at more than one establishment in this plaza. Initially my in-laws and I tried to order food from the Wendy’s in this plaza. We were next in line (and the only ones in line if I might add) and the worker told us if we’re paying with debit or credit to place our order using the machine. I thought okay, that’s fair. But the machine was immensely slow and we spent at least 7 minutes trying to place our order. At this point, a line started to build up behind us. The customers behind us asked the worker if they could order at the register and she said “of course.” At that point we left the line up because she never told them to also wait and order on the machine if they weren’t paying with cash. She immediately took them even though we had been there much longer (and didn’t even offer to help us at the beginning of our interaction and was quick to brush us off by saying use the machine). We went to order at the Tim Horton’s instead which we were still met with inadequate service. The worker on register told us they were out of several items we asked for, but afterwards I heard another customer order some of the same items and they never told them they were out (ie. Steak loaded bowl). Moreover, the broccoli soup in my order was extremely watered down. It was clearly not made properly. The service and food quality was extremely poor. Overall, my experience at this plaza was beyond disappointing and I recommend finding the next closest rest stop. It is not worth your time and money to go there.

Clean not busy perfect lots of choice

Washrooms are always clean and well stocked. Nice and bright, open easy to find what you're looking for.

2020.09.09. Our first stop for a Starbucks coffee in this station. The toilets are not that clean. Several good outlets such as Starbucks and Tim Hortons.

3 travel plazas in a row no fuel available due to renovations at the gas suppliers, maybe not a good idea to do them all concurrently... just sayin

Great place for a stop, bathrooms were being cleaned when we went there and the seating area is huge. Too bad it was closed because of Covid.

This enroute location has starbucks, Tim Hortons, Wendy's and Esso.Dine in is closed, no seating area at this moment (Nov 2021)
