Highly recommend Saving plumbing. Our water heater sprang a significant leak at midnight on a Saturday. Bruno was at our house within an hour, successfully diagnosed the issue and controlled the leaking. He spent the time to explain it to us in detail and was very friendly and professional. It required a part and he and Nick came back on the Monday and did an extremely professional job. Will be hiring them again for any other plumbing jobs.

None of the toilets, sinks, showers or washing machines were draining. Everything backed up into one shower stall. We couldn't run any water at all. It all backed up. I phoned Saving Plumbing and Nick came to the door within the hour, as promised. He arrived with everything he needed and immediately located a cleanout valve in the crawl space, that no one else had ever found. After emptying the cleanout he was able to clear, and then test all our plumbing and drains. The system now drains and flushes perfectly.I found his repair work, knowledge, skill, communication and neatness extremely successful. Thanks Nick!

My main drain pipe to the street was blocked up. It was also 11 PM at night. Bruno got to my house in 20 minutes, assessed the situation and took care of it. He was knowledgable and professional and made sure the blockage was 100% clear. He actually walked me through the entire process. Bruno has earned my future business.Highly recommend!

I contacted Saving Plumbing to have a look at my sink, after reading the positive Google reviews. This was a huge mistake.The first time we called, the employee on the phone stated that they would waive the service fee in order to stay competitive. We agreed to this and had the plumber come over, give us a quote and leave. We then called back on May 22 to schedule another appointment for May 23. This time, we agreed to pay the $50 service fee and the appointment was scheduled for May 23 from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. By 4:30PM, we had to call Saving Plumbing ourselves because the plumber did not come yet. We were then told that in order for them to send the plumber, we would have to pay an additional $50 (total $100) to include the first visit's fee that had been waived.So not only did Saving Plumbing just waste our time by having us wait at home for 5 hours, they also would have simply dismissed us if we hadn't called in to check for an update. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially since the customer service agent could have just mentioned the additional service fee AND no one acknowledged anything for the entire date of our appointment. I do NOT recommend this company!

Called Saving plumbing. Plumber Nick came and did an amazing job fitting the bidet and also unclogging the shower drain and fixed the Faucet as well for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service. Will definitely call him again. Definitely recommend for anyone needing plumbing work.

They are really professional and made sure the clogging in my kitchen sink fixed all the way till city drain. Bruno did a fantastic job.

We had a plugged drain at our house - we called Saving Plumbing, and Bruno & his apprentice showed up within an hour or so. It was a challenging problem, as our house is from 1950 & has had some renovations! Bruno was fantastic and cleared our clog. He also gave us good advice about how to try to avoid it in future. I was sent a technician a couple of hours after calling for my backed up kitchen and bathroom sink which I had already been struggling with for a few days. Bilal was a great technician, he gave me all the pricing up front and did a great job.

Very quick response! Within an hour from calling their office, Nick came. He made suggestion on how to go about the leak in the hot water line and gave me a fair qoute.
