My husband and I just purchased a used Chevrolet Traverse (2012) from this dealership. The vehicle is remarkable, in very good condition, & nothing was hidden from us (i.e. costs or defects). Our sales rep Steven Beauparlant was fantastic! We were in and out of the store with licensing & insurance, in about 1.5 hours. Even though there were some complications with us not having owned a vehicle together prior to this, they sorted it out very quickly. I highly recommend this team at this dealership! Thank you guys!!!

Unfortunately,our first visit the service department was trying to un sell us from routine maintenance that we had requested.After our oil change we discovered that they had not put our oil cap back on the vehicle.Called to book our second vehicle in and received rude service from the service department when attempting to book a tire repair as it would be to time consuming for her to complete.If a dealership is unable to complete services for paying GM customers staff should be provided with proper training or additional services advisors should be brought on to accommodate the work load.

From the moment we pulled into the dealership for the first time to look around" we had the most outstanding service. Honest and straightforward sales team (which is really hard to find nowadays). We had shopped around and went to almost every dealership around and no one compares to the service we received at Tremblay. They are just a wonderful and professional team. We will definitly be buying more vehicles from them and I will 100% drive the extra 40 minutes to have my vehicle serviced by them as well."

Have an older car and parts are discontinued so it is very hard to have repairs completed. Tremblay’s service department is excellent. I was able to buy a steering column for my vehicle from kijiji and Tremblay’s mechanics were willing to use it to salvage parts to fix my car. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommend.
