I love the Tan Factory. I started tanning many moons ago when there was a location in Woodstock. When I moved to London I was able to use the multiple locations within the city and always had a great experience. Now the South London location is the same great service I have always experienced. The staff is always friendly and the location is always spotless! When I have had questions about services or products everyone has always been eager to help and knowledgeable. I wish there was still a location in the North end but luckily this location is close to my work! Oh and the prices are reasonable, the package deals and memberships are great!

We have been to this location a few times over the last couple of weeks. Each time, very friendly staff. Location is clean, more than enough beds available each visit, easy access, ample parking.

Efficient and friendly service. The lady’s make you feel welcome and comfortable even when they’re super busy. They’re also extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions you may have.

Always clean always a very tidy place I like the rooms. I like the high walls and the privacy and the girls are always really nice. I also like that new bed that you just got !

I would normally give a 5 star for this place but today was run by an older couple. I was the only person at the desk and it took 10 mins to be helped. I don't think they have a clue how to run it. The lady asked my name and how long I want to tan for. I said 8 minutes and other customers were lining up behind me at that point. The lady says out loud while motioning her face, that my face was so red. I was mortified by the comment and said I haven't tanned since the week prior and never burn while doing 7 mins.Customer service 101: Never diss a person's face at your business. Especially infront of other customers.

I love this location. Friendly staff quick and courteous service. I never have to wait for a bed and the owners are responsive to clients. 10/10 recommend.
