North American Airport Limousine Service

We used North American Airport Limousinse Service in October both to the airport and pickup returning home. Our drivers were both prompt and polite. Both were on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Ideal way to go to an NFL game in Buffalo! Our Driver Picked us up at our hotel in Toronto and dropped us a short walk through the Bills Mafia to the Stadium. Met us at an east spot after and we hit Niagara Falls in the way back! So easy and convenient. Thank you for a seamless experience!

North American Limo: Departing driver left me at wrong terminal and I had to take a train to the correct one. Company said You got dropped at the airport didn't you?" For return the airport couldn't find my car reservation because the Limo company had misspelled both my first and last name. The Limo company said the airport should have figured it out. No accountability

Very organized and efficient, Sal made the arrangements and as planned, Syed was texting us with his direct contact information and vehicle description just as our plane landed. Very professional and courteous, comfortable clean vehicle and very safe driver. Will most definitely use again and highly recommend.

I was delighted with my trip from Toronto to Southwestern Ontario the other day. The driver and I chatted the whole way, the car was clean and comfortable, I was picked up and dropped off exactly on time, and even had my luggage carried up the stairs right to my door. My company has been using North American Airport Limousine Service for a number of years and I can't say enough in regards to how satisfied we are with their service. Their vehicles are clean and well maintained, the drivers are both professional and courteous. Most important they are 100% reliable. They are where you need them when you need them without exception. We have been in situations due to weather where flights are delayed and multiple people from our company landing at once rather than spread over several hours resulting in what seemed to be unmanageable circumstances however North American managed to get everyone picked up and home safely.Not only do we use them for airport transfers our Sales Team and Leadership also uses them for day bus tours and special events within and out of the GTA.We are a world class company so in only makes sense we would only deal with a world class limousine service. Hey North American Limo. You guys are the best. My previous limo company was a disaster. Owner Sal is good. Very good. I have recommended you to my employer and hopefully they will use you. We have cut ties with the previous company we used. I recommend this company. They are very reliable and always on time. I have used them for over 2 months now and never late. When Sal drives, he always offers nice Fiji water bottle. It’s an expensive water and I appreciate that. I like that they have points system. When we use them for business travel we get discounts towards our personal travel. Thank you guys.

On the evening of June 26th, our flight from Calgary to Hamilton was cancelled just prior to departure. After several hours in line, we were rebooked on a flight to Toronto on the evening of June 27th. Now the issue became how to retrieve our car from Hamilton Airport and drive home. After conducting a search of ground transportation providers serving Pearson, I noticed that North American Airport Limousine was highly rated, with positive customer feedback. I went into their website and easily completed the request for service form. Within five minutes, I was contacted via text by Sal. He provided a quote and confirmation that they could transport my wife, daughter and I to Hamilton. With the quote in hand, I confirmed with a Manager with our air carrier that they would cover the expense. I subsequently received a text from Sal that provided clear instructions on steps to meet our driver upon arrival at Pearson. Our plane arrived late and it took a further forty minutes to retrieve our bags. I had received a text from our assigned driver, Syed, as soon as we landed. We went to the assigned location outside of Terminal 3 and Syed pulled up within seconds. He quickly loaded our bags into the seemingly spotless Toyota Hybrid Highlander and safely drove us to Hamilton, arriving within an hour. I wish to commend Sal, Syed and the staff at North American Airport Limousine for swiftly and efficiently accommodating our last minute request for transportation.

We used this service from Oakville to Pearson Airport and have no issues at all with the service, our driver was on time and very nice.The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price. They are much more expensive than other services available and nothing sets them apart. Cars are just as nice as are the drivers. With the 15% mandatory gratuity and taxes, we paid over $140 each way for a 20 minute drive.For another limo service to and from Burlington we paid $74 each way, so I would say based on there being nothing that sets them apart I would not go with North American again.

I have been using this limousine service for the better part of two decades. The service is excellent. They are never late and always available for short (airport) or long (Niagara Falls) trips. Most important, I feel completely safe in their cars and with their drivers. I recommend this service with complete confidence.
