I would give minus if possible. Every single time there's a issue with these jokers.........but even by their own hopeless standards this takes the biscuit.Its a long weekend ( Monday off) so we close Friday as well. They came to deliver Friday, no one there, big sign on door saying sorry we are closed, open Tuesday, so they leave a sticker. So far so good.......Now, for reasons best known to there genius they loaded it up on Sunday and tried to deliver it.......this time they couldn't find it.....yes, they couldn't find the place they where at 2 days ago....so, then they send me a generic call us there's a problem/undeliverable. So I call, the first wfh muppet drops the call 20 mins wasted, try again, get through to someone in Mumbai who obviously understood little and cared less because today there's another summons to call........and I thought ups where pathetic.....

It was really good service i got my package on time and delivery driver was so good and he handled my package very carefully and nicely.

I have had deliveries from intelcom many times. I have never had problems. They email when they get the pkg, when it’s out for delivery and again once it’s delivered. Very good service. Absolutely no complaints.

Is there less than one star?? 1rst they delivered to my house....then they didnt. Then they called for me to pickup...ok i can do that. Then they stopped calling for pickups. Then started returning packages without me knowing they had even arrived. I no longer order from amazon due to this incompetent outfit.

Constantly having delivered late, waited a week for someone to come pick up a return ended up just canceling the return because intelcom is too useless to pick it up. Really hate getting emails saying they will be here within 3 hours and they never show up in that time frame.

Thank you for your great effort, got to givr it a 5 star delivery once again.

Can’t rely on their delivery service at all.Picking up from their warehouse to minimize stress isn’t even an option.I imagine they are the cheapest contractor to offer this service, so Amazon uses them now.Read the rest of the reviews here, then compare to canada post or fedex.Being a mail person is super important, and requires pride.Intercom has none

Five days in a row I waited for my packages to be delivered. Emails said they were on route for delivery and they never showed up. They said they attempted delivery but they never actually did. The drivers lied and the customer help refused to let me finish talking and continued to talk over me as I explained that I was 5 days late receiving my packages and said it will come tomorrow. I am incredibly frustrated as I don't appreciate lying and being spoken to in that manner. They are incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND*edited to add.. they did not answer the email they told me to send to help fix the problem. I have called three times today because as of tomorrow Amazon considers the package lost. All three times customer service hung up on me and refused to let me speak to a manager. They legitimately lie, steal, and don't care about their customers. People I know have had their packages thrown in the snow outside their houses. I have put in complaints with Amazon as well as put reviews up everywhere I can. If I could give 0 stars I would. Only way to bring down this company is to go public, which I will.

I’ve had sooooooooo many packages delivered to the wrong address it would make your head spin. Even when given simple explicit delivery instructions the drivers still fail to follow through. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Cannot even follow the most basic of instructions. Packages delivered to the wrong door, left out for the world to see, tossed on our steps with little regard to the package. The latest is the package was delivered, appeared to have been opened and resealed.
