I'm glad with the service I got. Brook was so patient and made the designs for me more than 10 times till I got my desired design.

I've been here several times and it's always a fantastic experience. They do an amazing job with my cuticles (I pick my cuticles, so not easy) plus nails always look great at good prices. The music is so relaxing and the staff are amazing.I overheard a lady talking about how she was happy one lady, Brook no longer works there. Sometimes all it takes is one bad lemon to bring a few negative reviews - I suspect Brook was the bad lemon that caused bad reviews! Lol because I have seem most of the staff here, Lily, Halle, Moei (sp?) and others and they are all fabulous!

Best pedicure and wonderful staff. The staff were both happy and caring and meticulous about our pedicures. Couldn’t be happier with the services provided. Hidden gem in Cadboro Bay!

make yourself a favor and don’t come here for the lashes. I came for a classic fill when the lash tech told me we had to remove the ones I had since they were grown out. They didn’t tell me how they were going to remove them. I assumed they were gonna take out one by one. All of the sudden my eye starts itching and crying A LOT. Turns out they use a chemical solution to melt the lashes. I couldn’t stand the pain in my eyes. They proceed to take one by one the lashes as they originally should, however they kept poking me and tearing my natural lashes. At the end, I leave with red and crying eyes and white on the lashes from their glue and chemical removal. Do not come here for lashes.

Loved my experience here. Best massage chair I've sat in during a pedicure. The place was very sanitary and peaceful (they had lovely ambient music playing). The staff were super friendly and I'm very happy with my pedicure! I will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area.

Excellent! The 3 nail techs do wonderful work and have great customer service. I get my acrylics and gel manicures done here and always get so many compliments on my nails. The salon has a clean, relaxed atmosphere and so many colours to choose from. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality manicure.

My experience with this spa has been nothing but amazing there are kind genuine people who work very hard to accommodate you in every way to make sure your comfortable with what you need well receiving there services every visit they are friendly and do their jobs very professionallyI commonly go for eyelash extensions the tech is amazing so kind and caring always checks in and makes sure I’m comfy my whole visit. My lashes are always amazing and are very well done!!Very impressed
