Matthew did my inspection for my first home. He was available on short notice and very flexible with changing inspection days due to scheduling. He did a thorough job on the inspection and provided a very detailed report with pictures, explanations and recommendations. He also did a walk through to highlight some of the main things on the report. I would highly recommend Matthew for your inspection needs. He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Jason conducted a home inspection for a condo and did a thorough inspection. Prior to the inspection he shared with me what to expect, and on the day of went through his findings together, providing a comprehensive written report afterwards. Though I did a personal pre-inspection earlier, Jason was able to uncover more than I noticed. He was very friendly and professional throughout the experience. Would recommend.

Matt is incredible! Very Thorough and saved me from a potential big problem when he found a leak in my soon to be garage. He was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer all my concerns and taught me a lot about my home. He was even able to come back after figuring out the leak to confirm the water was no longer present.

1st time home inspection ever done. Wow. Amazingly thorough job. Jason was the best - looked at everything and was very friendly, calm, kind, and neutral when explaining anything to us. Even used a drone camera to take roof photos where he could not physically reach himself.
